Sarah is very approachable and professional. Communication with her made me feel comfortable. As a first-time buyer, I didn’t always know how everything worked but Sarah was happy to answer my questions and explain things clearly. I never had to wait long for a response, which made the whole process much less stressful.

I had a really positive experience with The Norfolk Agents when selling my house. From getting everything set up, the whole process was smooth and straightforward, and they were always so easy to contact whenever I had a question.<br><br>A particular thank you to James and Zara, who were my main points of contact throughout the sale. They were both incredibly helpful, friendly and easy to speak to.
