Incredibly disappointed with a purchase at Lower Farm Mews, Tittleshall collapsing after the developer, Zero In Developers, introduced a 25-year solar airspace lease & title deed just one day before exchange, alongside an unexpected request for thousands of pounds in additional buyout costs if the lease wasn’t taken.<br><br>Norfolk Agents stated they were completely unaware of the lease existence and believed it would be easily withdrawn to protect the sale.<br><br>Unfortunately, it proved too legally complex to withdraw or untangle for the developer, who failed to take any action despite a further 4 weeks. After putting our own sale at risk, the developer and agent left us with no option but to withdraw.<br><br>The property was resold to another buyer within 48 hours. Which explains now why there was no effort or communication on their part to progress the sale. I hope the new buyers at Lower Farm Mews, Tittleshall are all now made aware of the air space leases by The Norfolk Agents well in advance to avoid people being forced to accept them due to being so advanced with their purchase.<br><br>A real shame, but a vital lesson in ensuring you hire a completely independent solicitor to check the paperwork closely and ensure clarity from the The Norfolk Agents and other Agents regarding what’s included and what’s not included from the start.

The Norfolk Agents have been brilliant, from the initial meeting, providing a realistic valuation, to completion they have kept in contact every step of the way. We don't live locally, so it was really important to have local agents who know the area and who would keep in touch. Brilliant service I would thoroughly recommend. Thanks to you all!

The Norfolk Agents are by far the best Estate Agents I have ever used . When we were under offer Lucy was amazing , she was helpful , efficient , incredibly patient and went the extra mile on almost a daily basis . She most definitely helped keep me sane through those last few months.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend them.
