So far great experience, very attractive rates but no less quality. They gave us the best valuation compared to others which wanted to put house on market for much less than what it was worth. TNA had the same vision as us and saw the effort we have put into the property. Conclusion - we had an offer in less than 3 days for the full asking price.

Overall the agents and especially Hayley were very good.
We were told that we would have an allocated person to speak to from the beginning, which didn't really happen until we were closer to selling. This was a little disappointing, but not a deal breaker.
And the number of different telephone numbers we were contacted from was confusing, we never seemed to get the right one to return a missed call!
We are obviously pleased with the end result and would (have already) recommended the Norfolk Agent to family and friends

It was about time Estate Agents gave options on the services provided to their customers. The Norfolk Agents is taking a modern approach and giving options so customers can choose how to sell their home. I was really impressed. What was also refreshing was the lovely Shaye who came round to do the valuation. We have bought and sold a lot of houses over the years so I know all the old sales speak and it gets creepy, cheesy and irritating. Shaye was just completely genuine and honest. She only had good things to say about the company as an employer too, which is a good sign.

This is the second time I've sold a house through the Norfolk Agents and cannot recommend them highly enough. Everything is made simple and the savings are huge! Unfortunately my property had very little interest, 3 viewings since mid March. I have removed it from Norfolk Agents currently, in order to have a try elsewhere, but may return in a month when I will know how the interest in the property is via the agent I'm going with for a 30 day initial tester period.
I would prefer to sell with Norfollk Agents as I took on a half before, half after sale commission deal with them.which is very good value for money if the property were to sell.

After this experience, I would certainly never use them as an agent selling my home as you want someone who is working their hardest to get your house sold at the best price. I have no confidence that this is what they aim to achieve.

Choosing an agent to sell our first home was not easy - to go with the traditional 'High Street agent' model or this hub model with associated savings and its choice of price packages. Have no fear - this model works. Ross came and photographed our house and produced a super online brochure. Everyone in the office has been so kind and professional and efficient answering our many questions. But a big shout out to Emily W who managed several viewings within just a few weeks of us going on the market, and Haley B who helped us negotiate with our eventual buyers - after just 6 weeks. They take pride in their work, they are very kind and helpful people. It feels very bespoke and personal. The people that work there seem genuinely happy for you. I dealt with Laura and Ross from The Norfolk Agents and these guys are not just any old agents they are fantastic! I suggested to them they need to have a strap line like M&S…not just any old agents, The Norfolk Agents! They deserve that sort of recognition.
Ross and Laura are very professional agents who went out of there way to make my move as easy and pleasant as possible. Ross met me outside of hours to help me out with my removals and Laura moved heaven and earth to get me into my new home a week after viewing it. I was fortunate enough to rent my new home until the purchase completes. Laura and Ross arranged for this in no time at all and would have been even quicker if it wasn’t for a slight delay in getting an electrical certificate. I can honestly say Laura and Ross are kind and genuine agents that I am truly grateful for. I don’t normally write reviews but when I am this pleased with a service I feel it’s a must!

Excellent service from the start of the appraisal and valuation with Shane to the photography with Ross...which was superb, I almost wanted to buy my own house....the arrangement of the EPC and the day to day contact with Daniel & Lucy. We signed up with Norfolk Agents, as it appeared to be a good, 'know where you are' deal! The preliminaries and photos were taken care of and the house details placed on the internet.
Viewers came almost instantly, in the first few weeks and it was all working fine. Then it went quiet for about 10 days. Obviously The Norfolk Agents were 'on the case', monitoring the situation. Before we called them they called us.
Our recommended asking price was dropped slightly and the viewing continued, within a week we had an agreement.
We have now reached the Exchange point. Throughout I have nothing but praise for The Norfolk agents, we progressed steadily, there was constant phone calls and updates by the staff that was looking after us.
We would not hesitate to recommend The Norfolk Agents to anyone.
Certainly, good quality, good value, professional and responsive are the adjectives to use.

I have never ever sold a property through such a professional Estate Agency.

They even recommended a Solicitor to use, they liaised with the Solicitor and kept us fully up to date every step of the way. This again never happens i hear you say, but again please believe me its true.

Absolutely appalling Estate Agents, BEWARE if using them. We are trying to move up to Norfolk from East Sussex, so not easy. We had travelled up in a day to view a property that was being marketed by The Norfolk Agents. When we made the booking we actually asked for feedback on why they thought the property had not sold, as it had been on the market for a while. We were told that there was no overriding reason, but they had been told by some viewers that the garden was a little unmanageable. At no point were we told that an offer higher than the asking price had already been made. Unfortunately, we fell in love with the property and told the vendors that we would be putting in an offer for the asking price. The vendors seemed really pleased by this and said they hoped to see us again soon. As soon as we got in the car, we phoned The Norfolk Agents and put our offer of the asking price to Daniel, who asked the relevant questions around our sale. Again, no mention of the higher offer. It took us nearly 4 hours to get home and, in that time, The Norfolk Agents had not contacted us to let us know the outcome of our offer. We therefore put a call in only to be told that the vendor hadn’t had the opportunity to discuss it with his wife (sceptical about this as they were both together when we left and immediately put the offer in) and that someone would call us back just after 09:30 the following morning. 09:30 came and went, without the promised call so, again, we had to call them. This time, Charlie picked up the call and, when asked if there had been any feedback on our offer, he responded by saying that the owners wanted the weekend to consider this. We were a little perplexed by this as we had offered the full asking price, so asked Charlie what he thought may be the reason for the consideration. Only at this point did Charlie come clean and say, in his words “between you and me, the vendors have received an offer higher than the asking price that they are considering but this is not a viable offer as these people are not in a position to proceed”. When questioned on how a non-viable offer could even go through to the vendor, and was being considered, Charlie was not able to produce a valid response. I was quite perturbed by this situation so my husband also put a call into Charlie to get some more exact detail as to what was happening. He was given the same, woolly response regarding the “non-viable” offer. The call was ended by Charlie promising my husband that he would call back at 09:30 on Monday with an outcome on our offer. Well, surprise, surprise, being the ultimate professionals that they clearly aren’t, it got to 10:30 and still no call from The Norfolk Agents. We, again, had to call them only to be told that neither of the agents dealing with the sale were available. We did eventually get a call back from Shane only to be told completely conflicting information to what we had been told by Charlie. We were also told that an offer had been accepted from people that had viewed the property after us. Why they couldn’t have called us at the promised time to let us know another offer had been made, and to give us the option to counter offer, is completely beyond us. We are in a prime position to proceed with the sale on our property so there is no other reason, other than complete underhandedness and dishonesty of the agent, why this should have happened. Estate Agents sometimes get a bad wrap and, in our experience, this is very rarely valid.
Well, The Norfolk Agents certainly responded to this negative review a lot quicker than they were to return our calls, no surprises there! Shame there was no apology for their appalling lack of communication, or explanation for the fact that the only offer we were told about, on the day after our viewing, was the ‘non-viable’ option. I rest my case, they are an absolute shambles!!

Their commission rates are reasonable compared to others and offer 3 different packages so you have choice. They have an inventive sales method which might attract certain buyers and sellers. However, the agent valued our house from a listing 2 years ago and never even bothered to look round the property. Whilst the valuation may have been reasonable the lack of displayed interest in the property did not instill confidence that they would actually work to sell the property. Perhaps all estate agents work the same but at least the agent could have looked round.

My experience with this estate agents was fantastic. We feel in love with a house advertised by the Norfolk Agents and we dealt with Ellie throughout the whole process. Ellie kept us updated throughout, recommended a mortgage advisor that was able to help us find the most suitable mortgage for us and even chased the solicitors for information regularly. I have no doubt that when it comes to moving and selling a house the Norfolk Agents will be my first to recommend.

I was dubious as they weren’t based in the same town (the main selling point of local agents on the coast!)) but so glad I went with my gut feeling.

Great team, really friendly and very helpful.
Nothing was too much of an issue.
Brilliant in terms of getting viewings set up for us, keeping us informed (as first time buyers we definitely appreciated all the info we were given), chasing up any queries and very good in terms of completion. We had a date in mind we were hoping to be in by and the agents work really hard to help us achieve that.
Overall we were really happy with the service received and would definitely recommend the Norfolk Agents Ltd to others looking to buy.
