Shaye did an excellent job initially valuing the house and outlining the marketing options available, which were considerably better value than the larger estate agent chain in the area. I had frequent updates from Shaye regarding the progress of the sale, far more than my Solicitors. She was also instrumental in moving things along with the solicitors on both sides when they seemed not to understand the park home sale process. I would highly recommend her!

Most of the staff we had contact with were efficient, friendly and helpful, particularly James and Shay. We would have preferred to had the phone answered in person rather than often getting the answerphone. However, messages were usually replied to quite quickly.
