My aunty moved recently and, having no mobile phone/internet/any form of social media (all by choice, rather enviably) I am responding on her behalf. When I asked her to tell me what she thought of WPR her reply was "suzy was great. I couldn't fault her. I understood what was happening at all times and it made the whole thing totally easy. Absolutely wonderful". There was another woman who showed folks round her home and she also commented on how thorough and experienced she was. Sadly her name has completely escaped me, my apologies!

I purchased a property through WPR and they were fantastic. Susy Brooks and John McConkey were super helpful and patient as they helped me navigate my first steps into homeownership. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again.

I can’t recommend Simon at Warren Powell Richards enough. He found me a really great tenant so quickly, which took a huge weight off my shoulders, and made the whole process feel seamless from start to finish.
What really stood out was how supportive and reassuring he was throughout. Whenever I felt stressed or unsure, Simon was always there to explain things clearly and put me at ease. His communication was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble.
A genuinely brilliant agent, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We've recently been searching for our first home and have been working with Tom Clegg at Warren Powell Richards. Tom has been an absolute dream to work with, and is an absolutely lovely person. He's knowledgeable, thorough, dedicated, polite, and a such an asset to the Alton WPR office. We just made an an offer on a property and would recommend Tom to any first time home buyer looking for something special!

Thank you to Stacey & Steve for getting us sold and moved and getting us any hurdles along the way:)
We tried another local agent for a few months, however, we found WPR's photography and pricing much more likely to get us sold. They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with.

In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING.
All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property.
After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions
of interest.
Their Customer Service is absymal.
Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to.
Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent.
There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake
much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.
