What can I say - offer to closed in 6 weeks on our recent purchase with a relatively complex chain.... A mark of a good agent is how they manage a chain and i can say that Stacey was excellent - it never went too long without check-ins and she worked incredibly well with my selling agents to push the legal's to a close all the way up and down the chain. She was also incredibly good at managing stakeholders, especially when emotions ran high... I would 100% recommend!

Simon Greenwood at WPR has been our absolute hero during a very traumatic time in which we lost our home. Just when we were losing hope he found us a beautiful home and more importantly jumped through hoops to make sure we secured it. A really genuine guy who has a good heart. In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING.
All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property.
After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions
of interest.
Their Customer Service is absymal.
Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to.
Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent.
There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake
much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.
