We purchased a property through WPR and dealt with Stephen throughout the whole process. From the first viewing he was knowledgable and honest and allowed us all the time we needed on multiple viewings. Throughout the process his communication was great and overall he’s just the type of honest and open individual you’d want to deal with when buying/selling a property.

Since placing our house back onto the market 4 months ago, the whole buying/selling process with WPR has been brilliant and fairly stress free. Polly and colleagues from the Alton branch have been nothing but professional, friendly and most of all reassuring. Susy Brooks who progressed our sale and purchase kept us uptodate at all times with no need for us to chase at any point and nothing was too much trouble. What can be a very stressful process was made so much easier by the way in which we were looked after by the WPR team.<br><br>We would definitely recommend WPR to anyone thinking of buying or selling. They're on it!

Thank you to Stacey & Steve for getting us sold and moved and getting us any hurdles along the way:)
We tried another local agent for a few months, however, we found WPR's photography and pricing much more likely to get us sold. They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with.

In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING.
All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property.
After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions
of interest.
Their Customer Service is absymal.
Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to.
Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent.
There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake
much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.
