Thank you to Stacey & Steve for getting us sold and moved and getting us any hurdles along the way:)
We tried another local agent for a few months, however, we found WPR's photography and pricing much more likely to get us sold. They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with.

Stacey, Steve and Daisy have been brilliant from the start of the process right through to the end. Estate agents often get a bit of a bad rep, but these guys are different. Not pushy, really supportive, realistic and great at applying pressure when it was needed towards the end! We dealt with Stacey mostly, she was professional but also really friendly and approachable. She made the selling and buying process stress free...and we have 4 young children so that is saying something! Steve encouraged us to view the property which we have now ended up buying, we had previously dismissed it, but turned out it was perfect for our requirements. We were therefore very fortunate to sell and buy with WPR, which made the process run smoothly. Really recommend WPR Farnham, a small team, but very mighty. Thank you xxxxxx

Warren Powell Richard’s were fantastic. They came in and rescued a dire situation where another agent lied through their teeth and caused a whole world of pain and problem. They found me a buyer and made it happen. And they were lovely to deal with. Watch out for others with a tenuous relationship with truth and ethics!

The team at WPR did absolutely everything they could to make my house move as stress free as possible. They often went above and beyond to assist and their communication throughout was excellent. Special mention must go to both Clare & Susy whose level of service was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

We’ve just secured our first flat and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Simon who helped us from the first enquiry was brilliant from start to finish. Also a shout out to Stephen who took us around on our first visit, who was very knowledgeable, professional and happy to answer every question we had.
Throughout the process, Simon's communication was incredibly attentive, but not pushy in the slightest. Nothing was ever too much trouble! A process that has the capacity to feel very stressful ended up being surprisingly relaxed and even enjoyable. We always felt looked after and fully informed.
Thank you Simon for making such a big milestone feel easy and exciting. We’re so grateful for all your help and would highly recommend WPR to anyone looking for a new home!

Stacey and the Team at WPR Farnham have been brilliant!
As first time buyers we had ALOT of questions and they were able to walk and talk us through the whole process and manage to translate the "legal speak" from our solicitors into some form of understandable English.

In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING.
All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property.
After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions
of interest.
Their Customer Service is absymal.
Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to.
Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent.
There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake
much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.
