Neil managed the purchase of our property in Godalming. We were also selling our flat in London (through another agent) so it was our first time navigating a sale and a purchase. It was a big move for us, as we moved out of London. Neil was exceptional the whole way through the process by keeping us updated on not just our purchase but the progress of the whole chain. Without Neil’s input I am not sure we (the chain) would have completed when we did, this probably would have been later.

Simon was excellent from my first contact with him on the phone through to when we received the keys. He was very supportive, honest and informative due to the unexpected, awful situation we found ourselves in and that we had no control over. From viewing the property, setting up the referencing and getting the keys - the whole process went like a dream and through Simon’s help I could actually get a good night sleep, as how it dealt with it so rapidly for us solved the situation. After having a few estate agents to quote for selling my property, I decided on WRP and defiantly made the right choice. The details they produced were comprehensive and added drone footage online which is fab.
As the sale has progressed, Neil has been a godsend - keeping us up to date and liaising between the seller, the sellers solicitor, my solicitor and me. Rented in early 2019 and have lived at property for 3 1/2 years. Just moved out today.
Very positive experience. WPR have never been intrusive but always available when needed. Inspections were carried out regularly, boiler checks, maintenance and communication with the landlord all excellent.
