Steve was especially keen to market the property involved, and behaved very professionally when I pushed back and wanted to review options with other agents. He provided the most detailed replies to my questions and this coupled with his enthusiasm meant he got the job.
Initially we all thought the property (on the south side of Farnham on roughly 0.6 acres, marketed as a development site) would attract a lot of interest and sell quickly.
We were right about the interest as there were over 60 viewings in total. However, we hadn't anticipated the terrain would cause so much teeth-sucking and hesitation.
In the end the property sold to buyers who were clearly committed to developing the site sympathetically for their own occupation, but we had to reduce the price significantly, and the process took nearly 9 months to bring to a close.
Throughout this time Steve and his team remained in frequent touch, giving updates and feedback on viewings, and the effort he personally put into achieving the sale was outstanding.
I can't fault the amount of time, number of trips to the site, follow up calls and emails Steve put in on this sale. Highly recommended without hesitation.

What can I say - offer to closed in 6 weeks on our recent purchase with a relatively complex chain.... A mark of a good agent is how they manage a chain and i can say that Stacey was excellent - it never went too long without check-ins and she worked incredibly well with my selling agents to push the legal's to a close all the way up and down the chain. We started our home search at time when agents were inundated with enquiries and rarely needed to call any new ones back. Jon not only called us back, but spoke about the property in a calm and knowledgeable way. Our home search was quick - we only had two main criteria, so from browsing online to moving into a property took only 2 weeks. Jon made this happen – he was more responsive than we could have hoped, and the great service continued throughout his team. I had issues with the referencing that were ongoing for a week, until Estelle stepped in and literally told me to leave it with her - she managed to resolve everything within an hour. And further still, the property management department respond almost immediately, not just to acknowledge our emails, but to provide actual, helpful suggestions and solutions. I have worked in central London lettings for over 16 years - this level of service, particularly in property management, is not typical. We were lucky that the property we found was marketed through WPR.

About to complete on a sale of a probate property with plenty of issues to deal with along the way. Dealt directly with Steve (the manager) for the most part. Both Steve and his team have been excellent. On top of being friendly and approachable, they have been great at doing the following:
Arranged access multiple times (above and beyond the call of duty most likely).
They also organised repair works for the current owner, advised us on contractors, kept us informed (there was a lot to be informed about!) and generally provided us with as much info as they could. Highly recommended.

Jon has been an absolute hero throughout the whole rental process, he's been so proactive in taking care of anything we could need - often before we even asked!
I've rented various homes over 15 years and used a variety of estate agents in that time, normally it's felt like an uphill struggle where the agent wants you in and out asap and it's like you're an inconvenience, but WPR have changed the game and made something that's always been so stressful to instead be amazingly calm and even fun. Somehow nothing felt transactional, just easy.
I'll definitely be looking to them for any future moves if possible and genuinely can't recommend them enough.
