I had a very positive experience with the Watford Fleet branch while buying my house. From the beginning, they were professional, honest, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.
Before purchasing the property, I contacted them twice because I felt the house price was higher than the real market value. Instead of ignoring my concerns, they took the time to listen carefully and speak directly with the owner. They explained the actual market situation professionally and honestly, which helped both parties reach a fair agreement.
What impressed me most was that they were not only looking after the seller, but also supporting me as the buyer. Even though the seller was paying their commission, they still treated me fairly and worked hard to make sure the deal was right for everyone.
They played a very important role in helping the sale go through smoothly, and I truly appreciate their positive attitude, transparency, and professionalism. I would highly recommend the Watford Fleet branch to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
