Waterfords were a delight to work with, a very special shout out and thank you to Mr. Henry Evans, who assisted in every step of the way without even having to ask! He is thorough, precise, and dedicated - which I appreciated very much as a first time buyer. I could not recommend Henry and his team enough.

Enquired about a property here multiple times, letting agent Alexsey has very poor communication skills and did not get back to me, then completely ignored my email. Scheduled a virtual viewing which I did not receive for the specified time and only received a day later once asking.
Asked him to give me a call twice so we could discuss the property however he only wanted to be contacted via email.
However on the bright side all other staff seem to be quite friendly and helpful

Thank you for Waterfords, specially thank you for Ms. Kristina Walton, the Lettings Consultant. Kristina is an efficient and responsive. She listened carefully to my needs and requirements, and quickly identified a selection of properties that were an excellent match.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and dedication this agent demonstrated throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to work with team again in the future and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and effective property agent.
