We had our property under off with another estate agent and was looking for a property in the Zebon Copse Estate. We found the perfect property with Waterfords who were handling the vendor with the upmost care and professionalism. The property was above our agreed selling point and mortgage combined but thankfully with savings and top negotiations by Chris & Henry at Waterfords, we were able to secure our dream forever home and complete the purchase in March 2026. We are over the moon and thank Waterfords for liaising with solicitors and all the parties of the property chain to get the job done. Its 5 stars from us.

10/10 would recommend. Chris, Henry and Sam helped us sell our home in Farnham and were great from start to finish with clear communication. They also evidently believed our house was worth what we wanted which gave us confidence throughout. They answered all our questions with no problem, no matter how silly they felt. Thank you so much!
