I honestly cant thank the whole team at WBP enough. They were amazing through out the renting process. Our agent Ava did fantastic and handled all enquires and explained everything carefully and fully so there was no confusion. Am now very happy in my new home. I highly recommend to anyone looking for new home to try them first!

I had a great experience with Watson Bull and Porter. They are very responsive to my emails, calls, and concerns. They are also easy to arrange viewing schedules with. Tegan was very exceptional. She is very sweet and accommodating. She made sure our concerns are communicated with the vendors as well. The only reason I cant give a 5 star was only because along the end of the process, there was an agent who suddenly called me, despite having only met with the vendors and made agreements on the exchange date, he was pressuring me right over the phone to do the exchange ‘tomorrow’. This is despite the fact that I was still raising inquiries thru my solicitor regarding certain information that came up from the searches. He was telling me the vendors had medical plans and had conditions for the dates. These were all not communicated to me prior. In fact, the information sheet says “no conditions on the date of completion”. This resulted in me having to exchange and complete purchase whilst I am abroad for an unexpected urgent family matter. But anyway, everything went okay and I am still grateful.

We had a very insightful experience with Will, who showed us around two properties. He was extremely knowledgeable, made us feel welcome and confident throughout, and reassured us that he would be an accessible point of contact between ourselves and the sellers.<br><br>What stood out most was that the experience didn’t feel like a one-off viewing, but rather the beginning of an open dialogue focused on helping us find the right property for us. Will’s approachable manner and willingness to help made the whole experience feel personal, reassuring and genuinely positive. Warmest and friendliest experience we’ve had with an estate agent.

From the moment I walked in and registered, Clara was helpful attentive and knowledgable. I went to Watson Bull and Porter with no knowledge and no direction with regards to housing. Clara actively sought to assist and help make things clear, stayed in regular contact about properties that are suitable for our family and specific circumstances. Clara highlighted a few things with regards to rentals that enabled us to move forwards and without that advice, we would probably not have tried to move!<br>I commend Clara for her attentiveness and forthright nature, for being polite, patient and professional!<br>Easy 5 stars across the board!
