The valuation and the marketing of the property was very good I would recommend although I believe the house was slightly overvalued

A massive thank you to Megan at Whitegates for helping me and my boyfriend with the purchase of her first home. Megan was extremely helpful, she kept us up to date on what was going on throughout the whole process, arranged additional viewings and answered any questions we had about the process. Never answer the phone. Never call back. Never respond to emails. Taken them 3 weeks to sort out my deposit. Kept saying the deposit system was down so I rang the DPS. No problems at all. Tried calling whitegates to no avail. After a simple remark about getting my solicitor involved they soon released my deposit. Appalling service. Will never use these again. Avoid at all costs. I have also reported them
