Whitegates estate agents huddersfield and Your Property Zone (The Griersons) have been harassing my sister, they illegally changed her lock while she was out without calling her or sending a letter rifled through her belongings and claimed a months rent when they intended to remove her before then.
The agents at Whitegates were intimidating her and mocking her for being disabled, which after the abuse from the Griersons over the years has made her ill

Having discussed what I wanted from Whitegates they delivered on all aspects. I asked for a smooth transition. As a seller the process is different to when I was a buyer. Its a waiting game now, depending how efficient the professional bodies involved Conduct their business.

We chose whitegates to sell our property after a family member used them to sell their property and had a good experience. We dealt with Luke who was always helpful with a "can do" attitude even when we had a couple of obstacles in the process. He was always helpful with acting as the go between with the vendors and their solicitors. We knew the issue would be resolved quickly and we would always be kept informed. We also d spoke with Todd who Bea's just as helpful. We would definitely recommend Whitegates and use them again if needed in the future

Don't waste your time' incompetent and rude staff! Tried not twice but thrice to arrange a viewing for an auction property to no avail' Huddersfield's leading idiots steer clear!

Working is WhiteGate is smooth, fast and reliable procedure and a lovely staff. Lucy one of the agents was super helpful when we moved in and afterwards she's still helpful if you need anything and can help you get to your help point. The houses are nice and neat. I recommend it

Great service from the Whitegates Heanor Maintenance Team. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish, and arranging access was very straightforward, thanks to Marie for coordinating everything so smoothly. Pete, who attended, replaced the dripping tap with a new one and was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Very happy with the service overall, highly recommend!

We've currently sold the property waiting for it to go through but we knocked 15,000 off the property the garage that was attached to the property the staff thought it was next door and only when my brother was at the property when the couple were viewing he showed them the garage and also took them around the property I do feel tge garage helped with the sale and I did say this all along any way it sold at the reduced price

We recently moved into a rental property through Whitegates and found the whole experience delightful. Nicola was very helpful from the start with the initial viewing and then again at the second viewing, The whole application was straight forward and we were updated throughout. Even on move in day Nicola went out of her way to accommodate as well as bringing us flowers and chocolate's to enjoy in our new home.
