We had a fantastic experience with Whitegates Estate Agents from start to finish. After viewing several properties, we finally found our forever home. The team really listened to what we were looking for and worked hard to find the perfect property for us.

Recently just sold and completed on my sale yesterday with Whitegates. I found the whole process a smooth from start to finish. We were first time buyers when we purchased so we had never been through the whole selling aspect. I was very impressed by the photography (even though I was a pain on the day sorry James!) I used Whitegates recommended solicitor called Simply conveyancing and also found them brilliant. They were initially a little more expensive than others but the whole concept of their app completely changed our process. We used a local solicitor 2 years ago on our purchase and all I can say is it’s definitely worth the extra. Massive thankyou to Christian, James & the team!

The house we are selling was bought through Whitegates Cleckheaton and had found them very helpful , so when we put it up for sale we went back to the them. After 10 months and a variety of "problems" [being asked to conduct viewing ourselves, not getting constructive feedback etc] we reluctantly cancelled with them .

Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.
