We had an incredibly challenging time buying our dream home due to the nature of the seller and complexity within the transaction. Despite Whitegates representing the seller, they were still very helpful to us. Lucy in particular was caring and supportive and explained things well. She listened to us and our needs while working hard with the vender to mediate our situation.<br>I'm sure this was a challenging sale for them and I think they did well to manage the situation. Would recommend.

Really good experience with Whitegates Woolton, thanks to Abbey. She was absolutely brilliant when we were trying to organise a rental after selling our home in another part of the UK. Abbey made the whole thing so much less stressful and was super patient and quick to answer queries. Thank you!

The house we are selling was bought through Whitegates Cleckheaton and had found them very helpful , so when we put it up for sale we went back to the them. After 10 months and a variety of "problems" [being asked to conduct viewing ourselves, not getting constructive feedback etc] we reluctantly cancelled with them .

Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.
