Highly recommend Whitegates as an agent who successfully and efficiently marketed our property. We had an offer within the first week. The house we are selling was bought through Whitegates Cleckheaton and had found them very helpful , so when we put it up for sale we went back to the them. After 10 months and a variety of "problems" [being asked to conduct viewing ourselves, not getting constructive feedback etc] we reluctantly cancelled with them .

Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.

I cannot recommend Whitegates to anyone. They may have numerous excuses to defend their behavior, but I urge you not to rent from them. My experience was incredibly frustrating.
