Having just used Whittley Parish for my rental property, I can't praise Matt, Ellie & Sophie highly enough. From start to finish they were extremely professional and helpful in guiding me through the whole process. They spent time talking me through and advising on certain situations which I would never have been able to sort without their help. The rental system can be a complete minefield especially when you weren't expecting to be a landlord and not really sure about all the legalities! However, should I ever do it again I would not hesitate in recommending Whittley Parish.<br>At the beginning, I was thinking I would manage the property myself but having been so impressed, and realising it's not actually that easy, decided in the end it would be better all round to have Whittley Parish manage the property for me which they are now doing.<br>Thank you so much for making the whole process so much less stressful for me :-)

They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and I can find no fault in what they did. Lizzy kept me up to date more than my solicitors did. If I went through the process again I would definitely want to use Whittley Parish again!

The team at long Stratton have great local knowledge, and are very friendly and professional. Rachel, lene and Liam provided excellent customer service. Providing accompanied viewings was a godsend as I have dogs which would have proved very difficult for me to do the viewings alone. I highly recommend them.
