Simon and Daisy were great throughout the selling process - friendly and knowledgeable. In a difficult market, I had to rely on their knowledge and experience, and in the end this got me a sale. Communication was good, it was a hassle free sale (although my buyer was good too, so that helped). After 5 months on the market, the sale took 12 weeks from offer to completion - pretty good really, with Simon handling the queries and keeping everything moving nicely. I would recommend Wilson Thomas Broadstone if you want to benefit from a long history of local knowledge of the Broadstone housing market.

I had a very long drawn-out sale and purchase. Mark was excellent throughout and kept everyone regularly updated, the service I received was exceptional. I cant recommend them enough. The best estate agents in Ashley Cross!

I can honestly say that Danny Kempton and Mark Phillpotts conduct themselves with the utmost integrity. The service they provide is highly professional and completely transparent.
