We viewed a house in Broadstone with Simon. The house wasn't to our liking when seen in person compared to the pictures. We opened the blinds (which were closed) to look at the garden view and assess the windows - and the blind came off it's fixture. We apologised for this, even though seems the blinds were already broken. He was so beyond rude and unprofessional. He literally chased us out the house saying that we were wasting his time because we didn't like the house. We as buyers are allowed to 'not like a house' after viewing it. He refused to let us see the loft - stating that 'you can put an offer in and view it for a second time if you want to go in the loft.' He did not let us see the garden either as it was 'wasting his time'. Absolutely do not recommend using them as an estate agents. Simply cannot state just how unprofessional this whole experience was.

Most unprofessional viewings my partner and I have ever been on. We viewed a property in Broadstone with Simon.
During a viewing I pulled the fitted blind up to look in the house's back garden and check the road/cars passing by. However, when I tried to open the blinds it came off it's wall fixing (it obviously wasn't fitted properly). I apologised profusely to Simon. As a viewer I really think we should be allowed to open blinds/look in fitted wardrobes/go in the loft. All of these things matter as a potential buyer.
In comes Simon who very aggressively tells me off and from then on had a very inappropriate, unprofessional demeanor about him. He basically chased us out the door! Simon went from friendly to aggressive and made us feel very uncomfortable.

My brother and myself have recently sold my father’s property after he moved into a care home. A first class and friendly service from the initial valuation by Justin to the continuation of the sale to its conclusion by Simon. I cannot rate these agents highly enough and the reason we have used them before and will do so again. Simon has been personable, proactive and professional throughout and worked hard on our behalf. Thank you.
