James Butcher has been the most wonderful and honest agent you could ask for when buying a home. James has a wealth of heritage and character property knowledge and was able to answer any queries that we had prior and during the sales process. We were given confidence by James in that anything we were unsure about he would correctly handle - communication was perfectly delivered and we are most grateful. If we were to sell or buy again I would certainly choose Woolley & Wallis.

Recently purchased my first property with Richard and his team. Being a first time buyer I had a lot of questions - and Richard always took the time to answer them, or chase up information for me. Buying a house is a scary and complicated process and I would definitely recommend W&W to see anyone through it.

Selling my mothers retirement flat wasn't easy but Woolley & Wallis were enthusiastic, professional, patient, friendly and always helpful.

Genuine, hardworking and friendly.
Would definitely recommend. All estate agents should be like this!

Brilliant from start to finish. Great energy, really focused, well thought out strategy/campaign. Viewers even before we went online, offers within the first week, superb negotiation, even better negotiation after the results of the buyers survey (!). Great after sale care. Excellent value for money- saved us many thousands during the renegotiations in fact. Put our needs first. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10
