Rupert, Martin and Richard were all very friendly, knowledgeable and confident. Viewings were booked in quickly and at times which suited us. They were on time and respected our property when showing to viewers.

Unfortunately a viewer was booked and although the estate agent waited for them they didn’t arrive for the viewing.
I was not informed of this. I called the office 3 days later and I was then informed after a call back that the viewer had not turned up. My partner, child and dog vacated the property for the viewing and it was raining that day. We were not informed when they could return to the flat.

Spent 2 years renting a cottage in a rural Wiltshire village with W&W. Very happy with the service provided and they always sorted things out if anything needed fixing including a leaky roof during a particularly bad spell of rainy weather! Thanks again!

5 star review for Woolley & Wallis Ringwood.
Selling my mothers retirement flat wasn't easy but Woolley & Wallis were enthusiastic, professional, patient, friendly and always helpful.
Thank you especially to Simon who was always willing to advise and update whenever I popped in or rang - and always with a
smile. Also thanks to Nick.
Genuine, hardworking and friendly.
Would definitely recommend. All estate agents should be like this!

Brilliant from start to finish. Great energy, really focused, well thought out strategy/campaign. Viewers even before we went online, offers within the first week, superb negotiation, even better negotiation after the results of the buyers survey (!). Great after sale care. Excellent value for money- saved us many thousands during the renegotiations in fact. Put our needs first. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10
