I recently engaged the excellent David Wheeler from W&W to carry out a level 3 survey for a potential house purchase. Worth every penny! I was very impressed with his attention to detail in the report and very quick turnaround and communication. Straight to the point and extremely helpful regarding my further questions about the property. I would highly recommend David. It was a pleasure to have him carry this work out for me.

My house moving was an easy process with Wooley and Wallis. I saw a house, I liked it, made an offer and it was accepted. It fell through when my buyer fell through but luckily I got another offer and that was fine. Staff are all friendly and they gave us a bottle of bubbles on moving day. The rest of the moving process was a complete nightmare but the estate agents were all lovely.

I was approached by Mr Jack Chitty of Woolley & Wallis, who assured me that he could sell our house for the asking price or more. I’ve heard similar promises before from other companies, and they all left us disappointed, but Jack was different. I trusted him, and I’m glad I did.<br><br>From the very beginning, Jack was in constant communication, guiding us through what needed to be done and offering genuine support throughout the process. He is an amazing bloke to speak to, highly professional, yet able to share a joke when he could tell I was struggling. His manner made the whole experience far easier than I expected.<br><br>Not only did Jack deliver on his word, he sold our house for more than the asking price we had set. He also showed a level of care and commitment that went well beyond what you’d expect from a real estate agent. I genuinely feel that I’ve gained more than just excellent service; I’ve gained a brother.<br><br>I cannot recommend Jack Chitty and Woolley & Wallis highly enough.
