Our friends and family were outraged at the poor marketing of our property in that it did not reflect its spaciousness and luxury that it is.
After two weeks they insisted on a price reduction and focussed on all the "negatives" that is things we cannot change and are inherent of the property. Your job is to overcome those not use them to beat us down after a single viewing.
We now have an agent who is truly passionate about our property and have produced a professional video and images and really are in the 21st century when it comes to marketing and professionalism.

Rupert, Martin and Richard were all very friendly, knowledgeable and confident. Viewings were booked in quickly and at times which suited us. They were on time and respected our property when showing to viewers.
