James Butcher has been the most wonderful and honest agent you could ask for when buying a home. James has a wealth of heritage and character property knowledge and was able to answer any queries that we had prior and during the sales process. We were given confidence by James in that anything we were unsure about he would correctly handle - communication was perfectly delivered and we are most grateful. Recently purchased my first property with Richard and his team. Being a first time buyer I had a lot of questions - and Richard always took the time to answer them, or chase up information for me.
