Very poor customer service. On 15th of July I arranged viewing for properly that was for sale. Sharon Knight said that viewing is not possible sooner than 19th of July. Sellers are not available. I waited the whole week to receive a message from Sharon a day before the viewing that my booking is cancelled because there will be an offer on the table. WHAT THE HECK?
This brand and Sharon is SCAM!

I have called and enquired about 1 bed flat this morning, and the lady have asked me who will the property be for, as I have one baby on the way and will be born in the next 4-5 months, me and my partner decided that up to 1-2 years we don't need more than 1 bed, with separate kitchen and dining. And she have told me that "you must rent a two bedroom flat if you re expecting a baby", she was very unprofessional, in the end I have asked her this is what your agency inputs, and she said yes.
Same of you, if you input a rule, you should have first read the guidelines on gov.uk.

Eve whom I met on Saturday for a viewing, was excellent, very professional, and friendly, she showed me around the property and really took her time, not hurry hurry attitude, thank you Wrights excellent service

I recently moved to the UK from Canada and assumed it would be a long and frustrating process to find a place to live. But with Wright’s, I had my own flat within two weeks. They were efficient, helpful, organized, professional, and friendly. Louise was great and any time I needed help or had any questions, she responded almost right away. I would recommend Wright’s to anyone looking to rent a flat in the area.

Pure scammers, never again. Posting and showing properties from other agencies, when you call immediately after posting they say its fully booked
