21st Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Absolutely awful service! Rented a property with fox and sons 3 weeks ago and ever since the property has had ongoing maintenance issues. Fox and sons winton have consistently ignored my emails and phone calls and just could not care less. Apparently no duty of care to their tenants unless it’s life or death! I advise anyone thinking of renting of buying to avoid at all costs!

12th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)We decided to use Greys as they were great when we purchased our house 5 years ago and they have been just as good this time round. Good communication, polite and most importantly got the house sold quickly for us. Would highly recommend.
19th May 2017 (6 years ago)Awful agents to be a tenant with, use them if you want to be charge £125 every 12 months to have a date changed on your contract, if you want your deposit back be prepared to wait, aperently a bank transfer takes 5-7 working days! A company who cares only for landlords and the bottom line, company have left one very stressed out employee to run the branch single handedly. Stay clear if you can, but hay they can always find another mug to rent off them.

Kept me well informed of viewings on my late mother's property, advised me and were always on hand to answer any queries. I would highly recommend and not hesitate to use again in the future. 1st Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Jack is the best estate agent. We needed to sell and over a year we tried online agency. Plus 4 other local agents - each one on 4weeks with them setting price for quick sale. None of these were able to get a sale over the line. Jack is the only reason this sale was achieved. He found a buyer and kept in regular contact with all parties. There was no pressure to do anything. I wanted to sell, buyer wanted to buy; Jack is just an excellant facilitator.
