Savas was great helping to progress my sale, and Martin and Ryan were very helpful during my rental period managing my property. I couldn't recommend them enough. Their property marketing is very high standard but not over the top and they sold my property very quickly. You should have no issues instructing them for sales and lettings. Thanks all!

His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. We got there in the end and it was well worth the wait. Thank you Ben!
31st Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

Matthew Theobald stood out from the crowd during the early Valuation process when looking for an agent to represent me. Matthew Theobald is kind, compassionate and demonstrates listening skills. Matthew has extensive experience and knowledge of his craft and every branch of estate agency up and down the country really needs a Matthew because I was frankly appalled at the poor quality and over inflated egos of many other wannabe estate agents! Matthew’s communication and response time was always impeccable, something that was vital for me given the long distance between the property I was selling in Westbourne and my own home. Matthew has integrity and raw talent which is more important to anyone Selling or Buying than any bells or whistles flaunted by imposter agents. Palmer Snell Westbourne are lucky to have Matthew.

We worked together for two years and they were a great help to us during the move; in fact, the whole team supported us even whilst we were looking for a new home. 13th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Amazing support a first time buyer!<br>From the beginning, both Sol and Simon demonstrated their professionalism and experience. As a solo first time buyer, I had so many questions about the process and options which they provided me with detailed, unjudgmental, honest and timely responses to. The purchase took longer than expected due to so many interdependencies unrelated to Simon and Co, however they remained in contact and up to date on all aspects of the conveyancing. Even weeks after completion, Sol and Simon were still on hand to answer any queries I had. Overall, I felt incredibly supported by Simon and Co and would definitely recommend them as a great estate agent.

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

They had a such refreshing approach and were more pro active than all the other agents combined ! They deserve to do well . Ours was a tricky sale , but they never gave up . Mark and Jackie’s tenacity paid off , dealing with many hurdles and an extremely tricky buyer . Well done to you all ! PP & D

29th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)If I could give 0 stars I would. They were agents for my MILs property, we had 4 months where no payment made and when I queried it and asked for statements Bhav became very defensive and said they couldn’t access statements easily but had nothing to hide and accused me of making accusations that were offensive - turns out they were completely true and money hadn’t been paid. Money was only paid because I went through statements and pointed out what hadn’t been paid. It took 6 months to get a response from TDS about deposit and as NH didn’t do their job properly my MiL got nothing back despite tenants leaving the property in a significantly damaged state. Avoid at all costs!

Sophie was incredibly helpful and talked us through every step we needed to take when it came to renting the property. She met with us on a few occasions and made everything really clear and was really friendly. When I had questions after the tenancy was agreed, Tia came through for us and basically just sorted everything out, which was a real help in a stressful time. Me and my girlfriend are now completely moved in and are glad it has all been so easy.
