After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

What sets Jackie apart is that her support didn't end when the sale was agreed. She remained helpful and responsive throughout, even assisting with collecting keys from the management company when I couldn't get there from London during office hours.<br>She also introduced me to a mortgage adviser, which proved invaluable.
