His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. We got there in the end and it was well worth the wait. Thank you Ben!

31st Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

Josh in particular was amazing from start to finish of the buying process getting involved in every detail to make sure that we had covered all bases. It is so refreshing to deal with a team that really know what they are doing and go over the top to give you the best experience possible. Even when it came down to solicitor issues, Josh was the first to put his hand up and track down the issues and solve them immediately. I know I can trust such an amazing team and will definitely pass over additional opportunities to Tailor Made in the future as when dealing with so many customer issues across many vertical sectors, Tailor Made have very much stuck to the basic and right principles of putting the client first and making the whole experience a professional and uplifting one. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

Excellent, Diligent, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Professional Service from the initial enquiry call with Terry to the viewing with Martin and the administrative stuff with Asia and Marta I felt confident and happy. Now lots of businesses do well and get 4/5 star reviews but for me the measure of a business is when there’s an issue. Team T&R are worth 10 stars all day long and definitely “Top of the Class”. There was a problem which was solved swiftly and calmly by both Marta and Terry who were exemplary in dealing with a rather stressed customer. Big thank you to you all! Highly recommend this independent business to all those looking for their next home or place to lay their hat for a while.

From the outset, they were professional, proactive, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through every stage of the sale. What really stood out was the level of detail and transparency they put into the listing itself. The photos and marketing materials were excellent and gave a true representation of the property, which we really appreciated as it helped attract serious buyers from the beginning. The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. The service you gave us showed you cared and we were never rushed with our viewings and you always came back straight away with any of our questions. The special touch was when a WhatsApp group was set up between yourselves and us which enabled us to ask any questions we may have had during the process and in the future. Feels like we haven’t just bought a house but also made new friends.

Ella not only helped us find a tenant but as a new landlord, she also took the time to educate me on processes and procedures. She was always on hand to answer my questions including providing her expertise and contacts pertaining to local utility firms. I feel like in her I have a real term partner that I can turn to in all of my rental matters now and in the future. Cannot recommend Berkeley’s and Ella enough!
