9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

It wasn’t a smooth sale and there were a few ups and downs along the way but Gail worked tirelessly to ensure this sale was successful going above and beyond. I am also very grateful for her support when times got very stressful and could not have got through this sale without her. I can’t recommend Gail highly enough, 5 star service.

He was always available to answer our questions, which he did in a truly honest and professional manner. He made us feel at ease straight away and helped us make the best decisions, 'for us.' Josh understood our needs and did his very best, at all times, to guide us through the often fraught process of both selling our home and buying a new property. We could not recommend him, or 'Tailor Made Sandbanks, highly enough. It is truly thanks to Josh and his colleagues that we are now enjoying a long awaited 'new chapter' in our lives, in the home we spent so many sleepless nights dreaming of. Thank you!

They have an office in Westbourne where my properry is located and provided good advice on the sales price I could achieve. In a difficult market the property was finally sold after 10 months on the market. May's remained professional throughout and did all they could to promote the property

Zak understood my situation and efficiently and effectively marketed my property. I agreed a sale within a few days at market value meaning I could go ahead with the property I had seen. Throughout Zak has been professional, kept me up to date at every stage and is a true gentleman. He made the process so simple and has been instrumental in dealing with issues within the chain. I highly recommend Zak and Fahren to anyone looking to move. Thank you for everything you have done.

Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!
