Brilliant!!! Always available at the end of a phone, found great tenants,
they keep us updated at all times. We changed after being with Mays Estate agents for years, but problem caused us to try Enfields and cannot
rate them high enough. In particular Rhys Williams, he is the reason we signed up and unlike other agencies, he stays involved and available.

I was a tenant with Enfields and after being pre warned about the estate agent, me and my other housemates signed for a house with them last year. I will not say they didn’t fix maintenance issues but they completely lack in communication. You could call someone up and despite leaving your number you will still be the one to call them back. I’ve recently had a situation where I left a valuable item at the property and after emailing a day later and being told it will be picked it, it was apparently thrown away. When I wanted reimbursement for this they told me it was my fault for leaving it even after I was told someone would go get it for me and I still do not know it’s whereabouts because all the responses I get back were vague. I have also had problems where one of the housemates parents persistently kept or keeps baggering the agents for more deposit money for her child. Instead of standing their ground or trying to keep everyone in the loop, they come to me asking if the rest of us could pay more than this one person, even though when we payed our deposit, we all payed the same amount. I took from this that they are obviously not willing to help you unless you’re stubborn, rude and call multiple times a day. If you still decide to go for them I would recommend pictures are taken at the start of the tenancy and that you make sure they’re telling everyone in the house the same thing, so that problems like mine do not happen.
