9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

Rio dealt with all my queries without any hesitation. Overall I would recommend Connells Southbourne to all my friends and colleagues.

They have helped me a lot over the years, and nothing is too much trouble. Phillip tthe owner is the backbone behind the company and is a great guy ,he has helped me and my family in ways you could only imagine, he is in my opinion one in a million Thanks Phillip

They happily answered our questions and took time to explain things to us in detail. They found us brilliant tenants who were right for our property. Would highly recommend using them. In particular we wanted to point out how amazing both Megan Middleton & Kayleigh Garner have been.

Every member of the Team delivers exceptional customer care with every aspect of my contract from marketing, Tenancy checks, renewals, rental statements, inspections & Tenants’ call outs. They are fantastic communicators, deal with all actions in a timely manner & they manage my Tenants & me with consideration & care. Thacker & Revitt have worked hard to develop a sublime list of Preferred Suppliers to handle any call outs. They clearly ensure that everyone on their list prices the jobs fairly. All call outs are attended to swiftly & carried out to a high standard. I particularly like the fact that Thacker & Revitt use mostly local, family run businesses for call outs & maintenance jobs. I highly recommend Thacker & Revitt property needs be they Sales or Rentals…best decision I ever made!

Their communication was excellent, always keeping me informed and addressing any concerns promptly. The pictures and videos they got of my property were amazing and that’s because they really spend the time to make sure things are perfect! They really do pay attention to all the little details which is really important when selling and purchasing a house. I highly recommend Simon and Co to anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy and genuinely lovely estate agent!

I wasted 19 weeks in contract with these people, their office is never constantly open, it's closed weekends????. In 19 weeks I had 3 viewings, went with another agent and had 12 within 7 days!!!. In my experience a very lazy ineffectual agent that doesn't engage with market trends/valuations, no feedback given on viewings and no sales strategy to get your property sold. Completely wasted 5 months of my time
