29th Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)Not happy at all going to use someone else, guy taking pics was in and out very quickly, zero advice on preparing rooms for photos, and as a knock on effect from these poor photos we've no viewings in 5months whilst everything around us sells. Also doesn't seem to make it into the search very well at all. Over all not happy and will not use them again.
25th Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)I have recently completed on the sale of my property in Poole. I was on the market with one company for a year and the property drew little interest. I changed agents to Winkworths in Poole who I would now happily recommend to anyone selling their property. They were very professional throughout the process keeping me well informed. When there were problems or changes of buyers as occurred they were extremely proactive as a Team to ensure a sale and positive conclusion.- 24th Apr 2025 (24 days ago)Sam and team are great! We bought and sold through Hearnes and although the process was long and had some hurdles due to the nature of the process, the team were fantastic at keeping everything on track and keeping us up to date. Certainly a great service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We would certainly use again if we were thinking of moving again.

Rob was so flexible and always available to answer any of our questions and accommodate for us. Totally recommend if you’re looking for a Bournemouth estate agent and we are extremely grateful for everything that you have done.

23rd Dec 2022 (2 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.
30th Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)We had a mixed experience in buying through PS. There seemed to be a lack of knowledge about house buying terms and at times some staff appeared unprofessional. One team member was always very polite and helpful and acted when they said they would. The Sales Progressor was also prompt in taking action and courteous.

30th Mar 2022 (3 years ago)Not very good. Not very proactive and little to no feedback. Would not recommend. They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. Left them and sold with another agent.

She has been professional, diligent and proactive from start to finish, with her knowledge and understanding of the area she found our perfect buyers. Thank you Tash
10th May 2025 (8 days ago)I have been looking for a property to purchase for over 6 months and this is the only estate agency I have ever left a review for. They are very disorganised and don’t appear to communicate with each other. I phoned on 6th May to view a house today (10th May). They decided to phone me 1 hour before to ask questions about affordability and that the vendor may not allow us to view the property. What were you guys doing for 4 days??? People have got lives and things to do on the weekend and you have the audacity to phone 1 hour before a viewing to let me know I might not be allowed to view the house. Completely unacceptable. When I realised what a joke of an agency this was and that the vendor was going to be nothing but trouble, I cancelled the viewing. I wouldn’t recommend this agency.

They had lined up several possible buyers and managed to get slightly more than what I thought the house would sell for. Even though my ex wife and I were selling we wasn't in the best place towards one another but Meyers kept up brilliant communication between both of us and we're patient with us both and helped see it through.

26th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!
17th May 2025 (1 day ago)They were quite good at the beginning at our first meeting discussing on what and how they would sell our property, but that was all talk. I was the one that had to keep on chasing them to see what was happening. Sadly not alot . They had our property on with them for just over 12 weeks and only having one veiwing in that whole time, and we dropped the price 3 times. We are now selling with another agent.
12th May 2025 (6 days ago)We have just had one of the most professional and comprehensive viewings of a property by an estate agent. Although it wasn’t the house for us, the time and effort taken by Tracy Dwight of Hive and Partners to show us round and bring the place alive made it a pleasure to view. For once we didn’t feel in the least rushed, Tracy knew the property thoroughly and could answer all our questions. Thank you Tracy - I’m sure the property owners will find the perfect buyers soon.
