Bridie has also been incredibly helpful, ensuring everything runs smoothly and dealing with queries promptly and efficiently. They were the only agents who consistently arranged viewings and actively worked to market my property. My special thanks to Molly Hewitson. Communication was excellent throughout the process —she always kept me informed of progress and updated me after viewings. Both Molly and the team's professionalism, persistence, and support made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. There were quite a few moments where I felt a bit out of my depth and wasn’t totally sure what was going on, but the team were always super patient and happy to explain things in a way that actually made sense. It made everything feel way less stressful than I expected. Big thank you to Samantha Morse who was honestly amazing, she helped me out so much and never made me feel silly for asking loads of questions. Would definitely recommend!
31st Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. From our very first meeting, they were professional, welcoming, and made us feel entirely at ease. Their communication was amazing I love how we had our own WhatsApp group that always kept us in the loop and reducing the stress of the process.Always updating us after a viewing and giving us feedback. They really do go above and beyond! The photos took of our house were stunning and true to life . Compared to other agents, their attitude, proactive approach, and expertise were far superior. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We had some problems with solicitors and they helped every step of the way overcoming some difficult problems. Communication was excellent keeping me up to date with where we were in the process. Nathan, Alison and Zac were professional proactive and I would recommend anyone to use this branch for their sale.
