Within an hour of the property being back to market, Stephen Noble had found us a proceedable buyer. The buyers mortgage valuation was very swiftly carried out with an offer issued in record time. Nigel and the team have gone above and beyond in terms of progressing the sale – their knowledge of the local area combined with their strong understanding of the conveyancing process has really helped to overcome stumbling blocks that other Estate Agents may not know how to tackle. We are very much looking forward to working with Stephen Noble again – and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property. From the McCarthy & Stone regional sales team.

21st Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Absolutely awful service! Rented a property with fox and sons 3 weeks ago and ever since the property has had ongoing maintenance issues. Fox and sons winton have consistently ignored my emails and phone calls and just could not care less. Apparently no duty of care to their tenants unless it’s life or death! I advise anyone thinking of renting of buying to avoid at all costs!

16th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have spent the past 15 months as a tenant with the Property Shop and could not have wished for a better team throughout the entire period at the home. From the initial viewing to handing the keys back, I felt informed, comfortable and secure. The level of professionalism shown by, and brilliant communication from Andy made this the best tenancy I have been a part of. I would recommend the Property Shop to anyone, and I should I ever require assistance in the rental or buying market in the area, I know where I am going.

17th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Don't waste your time. Dealing with Jack Tozer was absolutely waste of time for me. He promised to call, he didn't. I wanted to give an offer to a landlord. Jack even didn't listen to my offer (he never accepted any written application and he even didn't ask what was my offer) and said that the landlord chose someone else. This company didn't follow any procedure with me. Avoid or go there and be prepare to feel be discriminated etc. Also, Charlie Lickiss left here 5 stars review. Person with the same first name and surname works in this company...

The expertise of the company excels all others that I have dealt with and throughout the dealings all the staff have had my interest at heart. Thoroughly professional and I would not hesitate to recommend and use their services again. I was at all times kept up to date with the ever changing course of events.

I felt we were well informed, that they were committed to securing a sale, and they did. George, my agent did a cracking job, with excellent communication and he was always at the end of the phone. Thanks George you were brilliant!

1st Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Jack is the best estate agent. We needed to sell and over a year we tried online agency. Plus 4 other local agents - each one on 4weeks with them setting price for quick sale. None of these were able to get a sale over the line. Jack is the only reason this sale was achieved. He found a buyer and kept in regular contact with all parties. There was no pressure to do anything. I wanted to sell, buyer wanted to buy; Jack is just an excellant facilitator.
