To Ian Watkins we are not just a house number, he knows us by name The day of moving in we were given a gift box with lovely treats and a small concern about the house was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have recommended them to friends and would strongly advise that you chose Ian Watkins too. A genuine review
24th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Sadly we put our mothers house up for sale some time after her passing, all of the staff at Hawke and Metcalf were amazing especially Greg Metcalfe, they were always so helpful and caring giving us advice and informing us on matters more than the solicitors were. We were amazed when the property had an offer after only being on the market for three weeks i'm sure this was down partly to the wonderful team at Hawke & Metcalfe i would highly recommend them

I'm really happy we're in the process of buying a flat through him, an experienced professional and real human being.
