Because we couldn’t travel down for every minor detail we needed an estate agent we could implicitly trust.<br>Graham Farthing at Austin Gray was nothing short of amazing!! He was incredibly responsive 24/7 transparent and proactive. Finally an estate agent that actually listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to assist us at every stage. Graham handled everything on the ground here in Brighton saving us countless stressful trips! Austin Grays knowledge of Brighton is second to none and Graham completely supported us from start to finish, always accommodating with our travel schedules for viewings and crucially kept in the loop at all times. A huge thank you to a true professional and gentleman. Our completion date was on our wedding anniversary!! The icing on the cake. ??????????????????

He was always available to answer any questions I had, kept me updated throughout, and provided so much support every step of the way. He was also incredibly proactive, always staying on top of everything and making sure the process kept moving smoothly. The conveyancers Ivor recommended were amazing as well, making the whole experience as smooth as possible. I’m so glad I had such a positive experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lafford James to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

All calls, emails etc were responded to quickly, and the whole process was very smooth and easy thanks to him. His management of the property during the tenancy is also fantastic. Cannot recommend him highly enough

3rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Cooper Adams, and in particular Sophie, throughout our house search and sale.<br><br>Sophie was instrumental in helping keep our sale moving to exchange (and soon, completion!), always communicating and proactively gaining updates from key parties. She showed patience and kindness during what can be a stressful process. Her communication was genuinely exceptional.<br><br>What also stood out was that Cooper Adams were the only estate agent in the area who regularly checked in to see how our search was going. It never felt pushy or like a sales tactic, just genuinely helpful and supportive.<br><br>Great, personal communication feels increasingly rare these days, but Sophie and the whole team at Cooper Adams really set themselves apart.

17th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.Graham Butt Estate Agents - Rustington

Fantastic regular comms, super helpful snd friendly, thank you Pat, your professionalism and approach was very much appreciated.
