His enthusiasm for trying the different approaches for our unusual house paid off almost immediately and we had more viewings in the first week with Robert Luff than we had had in a total of 9 months with other agents, and have now sold the house. Friendly, pro-active and very can-do - I have pleasure in recommending Jamie and the team unreservedly!

Ivor kept us up to date with the processes throughout in his friendly and detailed communication, backing us in our decisions, and keeping it light. He was very proactive throughout. Although it could have been deemed to be a more complex sale, with the buyers process, it actually went through so smoothly and in a very fast 11 weeks. Thank you Ivor for a super job done.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. 26th May 2026 (24 days ago)We recently exchanged contracts and completed our sale and purchase through Cooper Adams, and overall they were excellent throughout the process. Communication was consistently strong, and they kept us updated at every stage, which made a huge difference during what can be a very stressful experience. The last 3 weeks became particularly difficult due to delays caused at the bottom of the chain, which unfortunately resulted in us losing our original removal company. Despite this, Cooper Adams worked hard to keep the chain together, kept the pressure on where needed, and ultimately helped get everything over the line. Special thanks to the team for their persistence, professionalism, and support during a stressful period. We really appreciated the effort that went in behind the scenes.

Absolutely brilliant, helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, progressive and kept me constantly informed and updated on the process via weekly emails. The process and work with both of them had been very pleasant from the first meeting until the handing over of keys. The communication was clear and open so that we managed to get the apartment in the shortest possible time.

17th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.Graham Butt Estate Agents - Rustington
