Special shout out to Ella who has restored my faith in estate agents - she goes above and beyond to do the job all of us buyers and sellers are crying out for (making up for for the poor service we received from our own agent). We will be using Henry Adams for our next move
25th Jun 2018 (6 years ago)Dreadful agent, disorganized, didn't communicate with us, slow at responding or managing our expectations. Bit of a backstreet do it yourself type of place, only interested in the commission at the end, didn't check with us before making decisions, bunch of young girls in there who know very little about the industry. Stay clear, use a different more professional experienced agent is my advice.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

Angel was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, she kept me updated regularly, was always approachable, and found the perfect buyers for the property, which made the process as stressful free as possible. I can’t recommend Angel and the team at King and Chasemore highly enough. They handled both transactions with dedication, openness, skill and professionalism. They were available to speak with most of the time, and if not, always called us back. Our initial contact for valuation and contract was with Nathan, who then passed matters to his team, who all were reliable and proficient. We would like to make special mention of Ben who cleared the preliminaries to get our purchase underway, and Kiera, who was simply amazing at keeping on top of the process of both transactions with tenacity and diplomacy, always keeping us informed. We can’t recommend this estate agent highly enough. Thank you to you all.

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. During the last few weeks when the exchange date kept being pushed further and further out, Hannah was incredibly helpful. She used an email chain with updates on everyone in the chain taking a lot of the uncertainty out of it, while also very friendly and reassuring on the phone. Thank you so much!
