26th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Whilst they did not sell the house as quickly as I would have liked they did eventually achieve a price acceptable to us. The market was very difficult at this time and the continual increase in interest rates did not help - not warranted in my view. All Foundation staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.

23rd Apr 2013 (11 years ago)I've been with this agent a while but never again. I discovered this company was not 100% legally compliant and I noticed they often took shortcuts. The owner is often bored and uninterested and the orange woman in their office is unhelpful and has previously disclosed private information to other parties without my permission. I would not recommend them, will not be using their services any more and have thankfully now moved onto another much better agent.

17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.

13th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
