I’m still waiting for the £130 that were taking unfair and without my approval.
You already agreed to return this money because you know the agency did not have the right to take it.
I want to receive this money transferred in my account or cash or as a check I can collect from the branch.
I DO NOT want to provide a copy of my ID AND my current address as you asked because it is not necessary and I prefer not to disclose to you my new address.
Also, I would welcome the opportunity to view /read the “good reviews” the other 2 tenants gave to your company.
I also expect the company to return the money deducted from the deposit for the professional cleaning unless a receipt from a cleaning company having that date can be provided.
I have reason to believe the agency is using this as an excuse to charge tenants at the end of the contract.
I remind you, the professional cleaning was not present at the beginning of the tenancy and the property was left in clean conditions, was no need for professional cleaning.
I also believe you post wrong information regarding the company.
Truepeny has 3 branches: Dulwich, Charlton and Greenwich, it is the same company, different branch and this the official site of the company.
All the above information are correct and I believe you do not have the reason to contact a solicitor as you worn me .
