12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

He is incredibly sharp and knowledgable within his job, and was patient with me every step of the way. You can see he has a very kind soul which is rare nowadays, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Highly recommended

6th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)On behalf of my parents, I would like to thank Kent Estate Agents in Tankerton for all the help and support they gave them during their move. After living in their previous home for 50 years, this was a huge and emotional step, and the kindness shown by the team made such a difference.<br><br>Right from the start, Harry was patient, thoughtful and incredibly considerate. He took the time to show them around several properties, never rushing them and always making sure they felt comfortable. My dad was very poorly at the time, and Harry’s gentle manner and understanding meant a great deal to us.<br><br>Throughout the process, my parents needed a lot of reassurance, and Harry, Hugo and Caroline were always at the end of the phone keeping them updated, answering questions and easing their worries. Towards the end of the move there were a few stressful weeks, and exchange and completion had to happen on the same day. This caused a lot of anxiety for my parents, but the team at Kent did everything they could to move things forward and support them through it.<br><br>We especially wish Harry all the very best in his career as an estate agent. His kindness and thoughtfulness have been outstanding, and my parents often commented on how lovely and reassuring he was. He was always happy to take their endless phone calls, never making them feel like a bother, and his calm manner really helped them through a very stressful time.<br><br>My parents and all of our family are extremely grateful for the care, patience and professionalism shown by everyone at Kent Estates. They didn’t just help my parents buy a home; they helped them feel settled, reassured and genuinely looked after during a very significant moment in their lives. But despite explaining at the valuation that they worked for us and not the buyer, they seemed to be more interested in the buyers needs than ours, trying to get us to accept rubbish offers. In the end, we didn’t listen to them and got a better deal because of it. They also were constant with communication, which could be helpful except they updated us with essentially no update. However, they were quick in listing and had a great online set up with photos etc and were on target with initial valuation. Definitely feels like part of a big firm now, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks.

She provided excellent service throughout the whole process and was always friendly, professional, helpful and responsive. As I am not a very fluent English speaker, I especially appreciated how patient and encouraging Gabrielle was. She always made an effort to understand what I meant and made communication very easy and comfortable for me. It was a real pleasure dealing with Gabrielle, and I really appreciated her support and excellent communication throughout the process. I would also like to thank the other members of the team, who were very helpful, friendly and professional. Everyone I dealt with provided excellent service and made the whole experience smooth and positive.

When we came to sell, we knew who we wanted to represent our flat. The whole team was amazing from start to finish. The initial meeting was clear and well-researched. Throughout the process we received excellent communication. We achieved a quick sale at a good price. I’d recommend Woodward & Bishopp to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Well, you don't stay with the same organisation for over a quarter century if they are not looking after your interests in a highly competant manner.<br>Jade Clubb, is the latest Sandersons staff member looking after my interest, though I have never been dissapointed with any of Sandersons staff who I have crossed paths with over the years.

An extremely professional, efficient, attentive service from the initial valuation through to completion. Always available, courteous and knowledgeable. It’s always good to support an independent business especially when the service has been exemplary. We would recommend Carlo/Your Key Move 100%.

Everything was handled quickly and they kept me updated whenever needed. No issues at all and the whole process was pretty smooth. Would definitely recommend them.
