24th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

From start to finish, Isabelle has been extremely helpful and professional and a joy to work with. Communication has been fantastic, I would highly recommend working with the Sevenoaks office.

Everything was handled so efficiently and professionally, even within a very short time frame. Jazmyn was incredibly helpful, responsive, and cooperative throughout the entire process, which made a stressful move feel much smoother. The team is very thorough with referencing, documentation, and payments. Every step was well-organised, transparent, and secure, which gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being handled properly. Overall, the process was smooth, structured, and reliable. 3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Probably my worst experience of an estate agent, having an offer accepted with the caveat of not showing any other buyers, to then being told they’ve had a higher offer, when I suggested I would see about a counter offer, I was told don’t bother the client is going with the other buyers, there’s a couple of reasons why they weren’t willing to listen to offers from us, poorly managed

Loving our flat, was extremely clean and in great condition for us to move in, has clearly been very well maintained by the company.

17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I cannot recommend Kent Estate Agents enough. Their professionalism and expertise has been invaluable through what has been a very long and difficult chain. A special mention to Hugo who I have mainly been dealing with, his enthusiasm, manner and expertise is second to none. He constantly kept me updated, not only with my purchase but with everything else that was going on in the chain. I have moved house many times and they have been by far the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them with no hesitation.

At the end, we had chocolate ready for her because I chased her to chase the seller solicitor. She didn't have to entertain me whatsoever, but her work is definitely appreciated by us. I was originally looking to buy a property in the Canterbury area but my circumstances changed so i have secured one elsewhere which she kindly assisted with. She also introduced me to Matthew Parish from mortgage Matters who has been a lifesaver and a great help with my mortgage! Would highly recommended as I wouldn't be in the position i am without them!

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

They were professional, proactive, and clearly knew the local rental market extremely well. Within a short time, they secured a reliable tenant who met all my requirements, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. They made the entire process stress-free, from marketing the property to referencing and final paperwork, everything was managed seamlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let their property. Truly a 5-star service, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't. The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property. Multiple viewings were quickly arranged. Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept. A very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend Wilson Real Estate
