They provided sound advice and kept me fully informed during what turned out to be a rather challenging sale because of the age of the property and difficult housing market conditions. They were also very cooperative in helping with more minor matters eg finding and organising reliable tradesmen etc which were not strictly part of their brief. I have no hestitation in recommending Finn's excellent sevices

His friendly personality made him easy to communicate with. Although we eventually found our property elsewhere we wish him all the best in his role at Kent estate agents.

8th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have been very impressed with Page &Co from the start. The valuer was very friendly and professional, explained everything in detail and had excellent knowledge of the local area. The rate was very fair and included VAT. I was delighted with the photos and the walkthrough which showed my house to it's best. All the viewings went smoothly, giving me plenty of notice and feedback afterwards. Everyone worked hard to get me the best price in the current market and my house sold in less than 8 weeks.
4th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)The conveyancing for our property took literally weeks longer than we expected, as we were buying a vacant property and had the cash payment ready from day 1, Our experience was frustrating in many ways, and we kept thinking of the book, 'Catch 22', only with Wards and their recommended solicitors, Tolhurst, it was around 'Catch 37!' However, all through this when other folks were confusing us with jargon (Who needs that?) Maria Meddings kept us in touch with things and answered our questions with clarity, humour and pleasantness. She looks to be a very positive asset for Wards, and deserves to rise high in the company as she fulfils her function with great competence and understanding.

They were always there to listen and answer my many questions and enquiries, always with a smile and outstanding customer service. I always felt supported by the whole team. Im genuinely so grateful for the professionalism and down to earth customer service I received. A massive thank you. Your all amazing would absolutely recommend Hunters Ashford. 8th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.
