Kirsty managed to secure our buyer soon after our house went on the market, even being available to show clients around when we was out of the country. When sales progression became stressful, Kirsty always made herself available to assist in anyway she could to help us through this time. Her dedication to her role and helping us to address any queries we had helped us to remain focused on our end goal of selling our property, allowing us to move on to our next much wanted purchase. Kirsty is a real credit to CR Real Estates.
2nd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.

Also, I find people who make appointments to view your home as we all think to view as potential buyers Often time wasting to walk around your home but can't even respond after viewing, yet you change your plans on a bank holiday to accommodate them. It does make me wonder if it is about looking for a potential house or something else more concerning that makes you wonder. We recently reduced our property by £25k infact 5 years ago was worth that reduced price then. Our house has room for 4/5 cars off road parking ready to move into, not like some I have seen. And yes, it's 130 year old cottage but with great character and a warmth to it clean and tidy has had new wet room,new windows, new boiler new kitchen and in great decorative order inside and out. I get the impression buyers want a house for nothing. I feel estate agents should show responsibility in obtaining reviews, but having said that potential time wasters waste everyones time, most lie anyway. The funny thing is that I dont get about brand new houses . No one gets a reduced price from their asking price, and no one's says I buy it £25k cheaper than what their markets offer to you. Do they! I find agents maket your property at a price they first give, then ask you to reduce it weeks later, which is always concerning. I believe agents try very hard to sell your homes, but have to rely on what they are told in terms of property where's its situated what's important and true price and what they can afford.

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.

Sensitive to the situation and have gone above and beyond to support the family to sell our loved one's home. A big shout out to Laurel who made the last few teething troubles go away and has kept us informed every step of the way. Having heard from friends how awful their estate agent experiences have been, we are really happy with ours and would have no hesitation in using them in the future and recommending to others.

12th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)We had are house sold by a different estate agents but Kent estate agencies were the agency for the house we was buying. Hugo who was dealing with it was exceptional, always following up, there for any queries we had etc etc went that extra mile unlike are own estate agents who we had to constantly chase up got no info a bit useless tbh you defo seen the difference between the 2 - non existent customer service with one we used and second to none with Hugo at the whitstable office estate agents. We should (if known this earlier) went with them as well, highly recommend Kent estate agencies 100%
4th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Honestly the worst experience of dealing with an agent. Do not use them if you are selling your house or wanting to but a house. As a buyer, they didn't put out offer to the vendor, when they finally did after phoning daily to chase, it was accepted. They took 4 weeks to send out a memorandum in which time they asked for our details 3 times as kept losing. The vendor pulled out due to their time delay and they didn't tell us. They cost us £360 in getting the survey done after they knew the vendor had pulled out. We haven't had a call back once with an update, and the staff lie to cover their mistakes. We didn't find out from them that the vendor has pulled out and 4 weeks later are still waiting for Joe the apparent manager to call us back. Honestly the worst experience, and we are not surprised the vendor pulled out if age had the same experience as us

Nothing ever appeared to be too much trouble and he was always very generous with his time. We have sold two properties through this company and they also managed a rental property for us for several years. Jason handled our most recent sale with care and professionalism, keeping us updated every step of the way, which was much appreciated during what can be a very stressful time. Jayne was also always incredibly helpful friendly & efficient. The Godwin Curtis sales team are all great and always do what they say they are going to do! We would have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending them. They are not like some other estate agents - they really do care. Thank you all so very much for everything. Jayne & Andy Mills

They are very professional, responsive, honest and believe in good customer relations which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with estate agents. Would definitely recommend to use them if your thinking of buying or selling in Whitstable.

2nd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)All Staff that we dealt with in this Estate Agent were very compassionate when dealing with the probate sale of my late father's bungalow. All through we were kept up to date with viewings, feedback, developments, offers, the process of selling and the actual sale. Very helpful indeed with completing all necessary documentation. All the worries attached to selling a property were alleviated by this very friendly team of people. Thank you!
