Called the number which sent the text, went to answer phone. Left the viewing after waiting around for 45 mins, still not received a call or text and won’t be going through this company. I’d give half star if I could.

18th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Difficult to be sure but we have the impression that the house was shown to viewers with, we guess, not much effort at selling. Feedback on viewings had to be extracted by phone call and was usually minimal. Lots of viewings but not a single offer!

She would always come back to us on the same day and be chasing updates for us when we didn’t ask. When we come to sell this property in the future we would not hesitate to use MMS<br><br>Thank you for all of your help Justine!

The team are great at communicating and keep you updated regularly which is always appreciated during a house sale. It was a stressful time for our mum and dad who are in their eighties but the team were always very patient with them. Thank you Alfie and Caroline in particular.

21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)We had such a great experience with Woodward and Bishopp even though we went through all the ups and downs of a difficult market. The whole team are so friendly, approachable and straightforward that they take some of the challenge out of the process. The staff are transparent about whats happening - and despite being great at marketing they dont spin you any annoying yarns! They are the estate agents you would wish for!!

There were a few hiccups over the 7 months it took for us to finally exchange, but both Jeanette and Annabel were on hand the whole time to help us through it. Nick from the Canterbury office was covering for a colleague so had to travel to Herne Bay & was absolutely brilliant!! He was professional, friendly & supportive throughout the process. He talked me through, & took me through the photography process easily, naturally & confidently and it was so interesting to see how it works! We have indoor cats that mean the world to us & Nick was so respectful & understanding of this and I really appreciate it. Also, I’d like to say a huge thank you to Harvey from Herne Bay who has been incredible. He’s such a genuine guy with real enthusiasm for what he does & it absolutely shines through. He’s been consistently supportive & helpful and is making what is realistically a stressful time a lot easier! Rueben from Herne Bay was also extremely polite & professional on our initial first visit to the house that we hope to own! He’s been really communicative & has kept me in the loop with progress so far. I feel people are far too quick to complain these days but rarely compliment, so I wanted to share my experience as the guys are all amazing and an absolute credit! Cris.
