11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)As I was going through adverts and I saw Mann lettings contacted them very quickly in regards to one of the lettings in Herne Bay. Spoke to Honey arranged within seconds a quick viewing appointment and from there all the paperwork’s was quick and faster and replied to all the emails very soon. I cannot say more really much appreciated and really happy with service provided by them. Highly recommend Mann Lettings.<br>Thank you..!!!Excited to get the ??????…!!!!
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I am very happy with my experience selling property through Christopher Hodgson Estate Agents. This is the 3rd time I have used them, for very good reason, they are excellent at what they do: We were made to feel confident and comfortable throughout the sale.<br>Once the brochure had been published (on every major online platform,) they arranged many viewings, always keeping us up to date with viewer feedback and providing useful advice along the way.<br>After we had accepted an offer, (we had several,) we were regularly kept up to date with sale progression, the staff being particularly good at solicitor liaison, making sure all the parties involved in the chain were kept informed of the various complexities as they arose. All the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable.<br>Really happy with the service and I thoroughly recommend using Christopher Hodgson if you are selling in the Whitstable/Tankerton area.

If I had to leave a message on the phone it was always swiftly answered. I would highly recommend these lovely people to anyone. And the icing on the cake was a nice bottle of bubbly gifted to me when I collected the keys ??????

9th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Update-on viewing a different property recently Liam apologised for the missed viewing. He then made himself immediately available to show me the property I wanted to see in Jan 26 and 4 others in the same block even through this was not booked and he was pushed for time. I hope we can both now put this incident behind us and move on.<br><br>I traveled 225 miles to view and Liam didn’t turn up. I called their office, left a voice mail and they didn’t return my call even though the office was open because I passed later in the day and popped in. The lady did apologise but insinuated it was my fault because I booked the viewing approx. 4 weeks earlier. Still no call from Liam to this day.

Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!

10th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
