Always on time when we had viewings and communication was never an issue, whether it was Email exchanges, calls or texts. Not once throughout did I wonder "what next?" or "what am I waiting on?". He guided me with solicitor communication, and we got the purchase completed within 9 weeks from viewing, to moving in. Fantastic service, and would absolutely recommend ??????

They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

10th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.
