Hoping not to waste the trip, we contacted Finn’s about another property and, despite it not being scheduled, Joe kindly made time to show us around. That property turned out to be the perfect home for our family.<br><br>From that very first meeting, Joe took the time to understand our circumstances and how much this purchase meant to us. Throughout what became a lengthy and, at times, complex process, he remained steadfast, patient, and incredibly supportive. No matter how many questions we had or how stressful things became, Joe was always available to provide reassurance, updates, and honest guidance.<br><br>What stood out most was Joe’s genuine belief in us and his commitment to helping us reach the finish line. We never felt like just another transaction; we felt supported every step of the way. 17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Despite our sale being hampered by slow and frustrating solicitors, the team at Your Move Broadstairs were fantastic from start to finish. Callum was relentlessly cheerful, professional and supportive throughout the entire process. He kept my sister and me regularly updated, chased progress when needed, and acted as an excellent liaison with the legal teams, taking much of the stress away from us.<br><br>Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and even when things became frustrating, Callum remained positive, approachable and reassuring. His communication was outstanding, and we always felt that he genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move Broadstairs to anyone buying or selling a property. 18th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Difficult to be sure but we have the impression that the house was shown to viewers with, we guess, not much effort at selling. Feedback on viewings had to be extracted by phone call and was usually minimal. Lots of viewings but not a single offer!

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.

I can’t speak highly enough of his company.<br>The people working along side of him ( Heidi ) have been nothing short of amazing. Can’t thank you all enough. Look forward to the next remortgage.

21st Jul 2026 (14 days ago)We had such a great experience with Woodward and Bishopp even though we went through all the ups and downs of a difficult market. The whole team are so friendly, approachable and straightforward that they take some of the challenge out of the process. The staff are transparent about whats happening - and despite being great at marketing they dont spin you any annoying yarns! They are the estate agents you would wish for!!

23rd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)There's a drip in my property. Water is pissing through the window and previously through the ceiling light. The gulleys were cleaned but the issue persists and they have put my rent up before sorting the issue. As others have said, please avoid if you can. I've heard other stories in and around town from speaking to people in local shops about how bad Lovett's is. Unfortunately for them, I am very persistent, and if like the previous reviewer they try to keep hold of MY deposit when I leave, well they are in for some fun ?????? Video of leak attached for your viewing pleasure - put the sound on (it was taken at 3am)<br><br>They are in and out of my property or need me to be available all the time.<br><br>November - gas safety check<br>26th January - property inspection<br>10th April - EICR check, guy didn't turn up<br>11th June - keys cut - surprise surprise<br>15th June EICR<br>26th June - Fire safety check<br><br>I don't want someone in my property when I am not there but they can do what they like because they only have to give 48 hours notice.<br><br>Word spreads fast and people talk. Sort it out.
15th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.

10th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

18th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Frederick and Co manages just one property for me. I have been trying to get clarity on my bills and help the tenant with an issue brought to me by the agents as urgent, which I did reply straight away and I haven’t heard from them since. I have called all branches in Kent and no one answered the phone. I called my contact’s mobile and no answer and there are no replies to any of my emails. But I do receive a bill monthly and the first two (maybe three) months of rent won’t hit my account as they say it’s to pay for bills but they cannot supply me with a detailed breakdown of their expenditure. Thoroughly disappointing and frustrating. Must do better! I’m a paying client.
