3rd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)My experience with Finns has been amazing! My assigned Sales Negotiator was Joe. He is incredibly sharp and knowledgable within his job, and was patient with me every step of the way. You can see he has a very kind soul which is rare nowadays, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Highly recommended- 23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Really friendly and efficient team. Charlotte welcoming, knowledgeable and imaginative to set up the viewing and the vision, Emma liaising between the vendor and me on various key logistics. Meanwhile Paul overseeing everything with reassuring nudges in the right direction.
12th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Have just sold my mums retirement flat with Your Move and I cannot fault them. From start to finish communication was excellent and the process was smooth, cheaper than other local estate agents too! They could not have been more helpful- especially Callum in the Broadstairs office, professional, polite, always got back to me when I had questions; interactions with other staff were always pleasant too.
25th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We had quite a few viewings which resulted in several offers and an agreed sale.
8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Legg and Co have been outstanding from the very first meeting to exchange of contracts. They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.

23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I am very happy with my experience selling property through Christopher Hodgson Estate Agents. This is the 3rd time I have used them, for very good reason, they are excellent at what they do: We were made to feel confident and comfortable throughout the sale.
Once the brochure had been published (on every major online platform,) they arranged many viewings, always keeping us up to date with viewer feedback and providing useful advice along the way.
After we had accepted an offer, (we had several,) we were regularly kept up to date with sale progression, the staff being particularly good at solicitor liaison, making sure all the parties involved in the chain were kept informed of the various complexities as they arose. All the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable.
Really happy with the service and I thoroughly recommend using Christopher Hodgson if you are selling in the Whitstable/Tankerton area.

5th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Kent’s were friendly, helpful and professional. They communicated well and overall were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!

Alexander Russell Estate Agents - Kent
St Augustines Business Centre, 125 Canterbury Road, Westgate-on-Sea, CT8 8NL(41 reviews)
10th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Very good freindly communication. Good advice given along the way. Towards the end of the selling process, the agents were on the ball between solicitors and other estate agents and helped move the process along.
