He is incredibly sharp and knowledgable within his job, and was patient with me every step of the way. You can see he has a very kind soul which is rare nowadays, and it was a pleasure to work with him. They were extremely helpful and honest about the whole process always replying promptly to our enquiries.
2nd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)We had a negative experience with YourMove Broadstairs, after a drawn out 6 month process to purchase a property on Beacon Road the vendors pulled out on the day of exchange- we later found out this was the second time they had done this.<br>Having been assured at least that the vendors would be blacklisted from using their services again, we now see the same property relisted with them less than 6 months later.<br>Buyer beware.

8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Legg and Co have been outstanding from the very first meeting to exchange of contracts. They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.

They were very keen to get me through the door but appalling at actually having any information as to what they are selling and that's even when they back to you! I was also hung up on when informing them they have wrong details for me... very strange behaviour, you'd think for their reputation of overvaluing they'd at least be keen to communicate with you!<br><br>As someone who quite literally does this as a job aswell i was appalled. The way they treated me differently to my father felt underlyingly sexist.

11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)As I was going through adverts and I saw Mann lettings contacted them very quickly in regards to one of the lettings in Herne Bay. Spoke to Honey arranged within seconds a quick viewing appointment and from there all the paperwork’s was quick and faster and replied to all the emails very soon. I cannot say more really much appreciated and really happy with service provided by them. Highly recommend Mann Lettings.<br>Thank you..!!!Excited to get the ??????…!!!!

When we came to sell, we knew who we wanted to represent our flat. The whole team was amazing from start to finish. The initial meeting was clear and well-researched. Throughout the process we received excellent communication. We achieved a quick sale at a good price. I’d recommend Woodward & Bishopp to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Well, you don't stay with the same organisation for over a quarter century if they are not looking after your interests in a highly competant manner.<br>Jade Clubb, is the latest Sandersons staff member looking after my interest, though I have never been dissapointed with any of Sandersons staff who I have crossed paths with over the years.

15th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.
14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I made an enquiry relating to the recent successful sale of my (non UK resident) brother's apartment by MIles & Barr's Birchington Office. It was for Capital Gains Tax purposes, and I was anticipating a laborious process, as with most things these days. My call was taken by Tom, a Senior Branch Manager, who explained what he could do. Within a very short time, he emailed the information requested, in the format required. I was very pleased with this rapid and efficient response for what was a 'non mainstream' question on a very hot August day. He is truly an asset to the business, so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have used Miles & Barr for a number of transactions now and they have always been very successful.

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.

10th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

18th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Frederick and Co manages just one property for me. I have been trying to get clarity on my bills and help the tenant with an issue brought to me by the agents as urgent, which I did reply straight away and I haven’t heard from them since. I have called all branches in Kent and no one answered the phone. I called my contact’s mobile and no answer and there are no replies to any of my emails. But I do receive a bill monthly and the first two (maybe three) months of rent won’t hit my account as they say it’s to pay for bills but they cannot supply me with a detailed breakdown of their expenditure. Thoroughly disappointing and frustrating. Must do better! I’m a paying client.
