Mandy and Sarah Jane at Harts made the difference in selling our house. Great presentation - excellent photos and brochures. Mandy and Sarah Jane take the time to understand prospective buyers and why they are interested in our property. So we didn't need too many viewings to achieve the sale! Harts also went the extra mile in providing viewing feedback, and following up with the conveyancers to help conclude to sale. Recommended.

We found Harts Homes an excellent agent in every respect. The valuation was spot on, and the brochure and video very attractively produced. Mandy, Sarah-Jayne and the team are very professional and friendly, and Mandy went to endless trouble to chase up other agents in the chain when things were moving slowly. We would definitely recommend Harts rather than one of the bigger national estate agents.

I cannot sing Mandy's praises enough. We all know the house-buying process is never smooth, but Mandy and the Harts team did absolutely everything in their power to make it as easy as possible.
From consistent communication, regular check-ins and updates, constant pushing for the chain to get going, to delivering good (and bad) news to us immediately and sensitively - the list really does go on and on.
It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Harts and with Mandy. Hopefully we won't be moving again for the foreseeable future, but if it came to it, I would not hesitate to call Mandy and rope her back in.
Thanks to the entire Harts team - you've gone above and beyond to make buying our first home together an absolute joy. Mandy - go and have a big drink and a restful Christmas. You've more than earned it!
