2nd Apr 2022 (2 years ago)The sale was quite quick and the agent does try to get to your asking price, it’s just how they handle the after selling process is not as professional. They should have an admin person responsible for after sale process if the sales advisor is more keen on securing other sales
18th May 2024 (2 days ago)The Communication is key for me...and they have managed to do that very well, always informed as to what's happening, who's viewing and when (with reminders), getting a response quickly (typically well within a day and often by phone), easy to access.

17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.
