We went to see the Backstreet Boys. Easy to get to and security was relatively quick. You can’t bring in your own food and drink, nor any large bags. We bought water in the venue and they take the caps off, which is a bit of a pain.Seats were on the small side so quite snug. We were on the first tier and had a really good view. Sound was great.Leaving was difficult.

I recently attended the Bryan Adams concert at the O2. The public transport to and from the venue could not be faulted and was simple, even after the concert ended when everyone was leaving. However my experience at the concert was one I had never come across before. Being a regular attendee of Bryan's concerts I was expecting a great time. However, when my friend and I stood up to dance we were asked to sit down by one of the staff!! We refused. After all, who goes to a concert and sits down?!
Apparently the problem was that we might fall and "the only way is down". Our seats were up in the gods and to be honest we could only make Bryan and his band out from the top of their heads. The only large screen was also directly behind the stage, so we couldn't see much of that from our side facing seats either.
I pointed out to the steward that we were not teenagers and could look after ourselves. Also that I was not advised either when I purchased the tickets or when I received them that dancing was banned.
All in all our experience of the venue was very poor. We will not be returning! Bryan and his band were of course top notch.
