30th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Its not worth even giving 1 star as the property they are letting or they are managing, they are unable to solve single issue even after 8 months. Every time they just gives answer that they are following with landlord. I would not recommend anyone to go with this agent. As they promise they will do everything and till that day of your moving they will put into delusion and after moving they dont care you will put into queue for months like I mentioned above.<br><br>Even the five star review I believe they might asked there friends to put as this guys are not worth for 2 star for responding.
25th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)This is the fourth time I have used Homefinders, and once again they have provided an outstanding service.<br>Although my property was outside the area they normally cover, they were still happy to take it on. While I was also working with local estate agents, Homefinders proved to be by far the most organised and proactive, arranging more viewings than anyone else and managing the entire process efficiently.<br>Their communication was excellent throughout. They kept me informed at every stage in a professional and timely manner. During the sale, I had to travel abroad, but the team handled everything seamlessly on my behalf while continuing to consult me before every important decision. Their professionalism and dedication gave me complete confidence throughout the process.<br>I would especially like to thank Ann (5?), Mahnoor, Melissa, and Yasemin for their exceptional support and outstanding customer service.<br>A special thank you also goes to Gassan for his invaluable legal guidance and for sharing his experience to help resolve several issues along the way.<br>I have been thoroughly impressed with Homefinders every time I have used them, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
25th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Unfortunately, as I need to give the 1 star review based on the experience I have experienced with Keatons. Originally I contacted with Keatons for potential of selling my flat in May 2026. I made it clear at the beginning, my target completion date will be late 2026 and beginning of 2027. And I have agreed the fee at May 2026. However, when I come back to Keatons in July 2026, I have been told by the new director the previous fee can not be honoured and they can only do the deal at much higher fee. And no explanation is given despite I have tried to communicate.

From the very first viewing, he was incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely helpful, always taking the time to answer our many questions without ever making us feel rushed. My property consultant Tasha was very helpful, quick to reply, and had lots good of suggestions for suitable flats while I was looking for somewhere to live in East London. She was very quick to organize viewings and I can only recommend her if you’re looking for properties in the area.

Was introduced to him by a corporate firm in Hong Kong and they didn’t let me down, you get a personal and fast approach from him and hes always on the phone when needed. Fast and strong company to deal with, I have used several over the years in my time but all 6 of my properties are now with ernest brooks under Elliot I would simply have no need to use anyone else. If your looking for a good international exposed estate agency I couldn’t recommend Elliot and Ernest Brooks team anymore, easy communication from Asia and a lovely relationship formed over the years ?????? If you live in Asia and need estate agency help, speak to Elliot Rainbow in London hes the best and go from there!

Sophie and Adele (and all others who were involved) have been excellent with their communication throughout, especially when external factors meant that there were some unexpected delays. James, Dean, and George were all fantastic from start to finish. 20th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Youssif of Kevin & Co obtained an asking price offer on my flat, on the first viewing, in a challenging market. That should be all the recommendation I need to give really...<br><br>After meeting several agents I chose Youssif because I believed he could sell my flat, efficiently at market value. It was clear he had very good, hyper local knowledge, knew his portfolio, where my property could fit in and the buyers it could attract.<br>Like Kevin & Co I also work for an independent company which competes against larger national firms, and saw a familiar hunger and passion this David vs Goliath positioning creates.<br>We agreed an asking priced based on Youssif valuation, other's I'd had, plus my own gut feeling of where the market was. Yousif was perfectly happy to discuss all these things, gave good insights and checked in regularly throughout the sales process without ever feeling pressured or badgered.<br><br>Kevin & Co, Youssif, Gary and all the team were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone selling a property.
31st Jul 2026 (7 days ago)?????<br><br>Having found my own tenant, but with the recent changes to rental legislation in England, I wanted the reassurance of using a professional letting agent to handle the legal and administrative aspects of the tenancy. I instructed In Estates to carry out comprehensive financial referencing, prepare the tenancy agreement and incorporate a guarantor into the tenancy documentation.<br><br>From start to finish, the service was efficient, professional and exceptionally well organised. Their communication was excellent throughout and every stage of the process was clearly explained. What particularly stood out was their use of technology, which made the referencing, document signing and overall administration straightforward and seamless. Everything was completed promptly, with minimal effort required on my part.<br><br>Having dealt with several letting agents over the years, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I have had. Too often, previous agents have fallen short of their promises, whether through poor communication, delays or a lack of attention to detail which have proven to be extremely costly.
