From start to finish they made finding and renting our new property genuinely easy, and they got us moved in remarkably quickly. Fiona and Tasha in particular were a great help throughout. They were responsive, friendly, and on top of every detail, which took so much of the usual stress out of the process. If we're ever looking to move again, Birchills would be the first agents we'd go back to. Highly recommend.

22nd Sep 2026 (3 days ago)I first contacted Knights Residential when I was considering selling my house. At the time, I hadn’t made up my mind, but the team was super helpful and supportive. A year later, I reached out again to have my house re-evaluated for sale. That’s when Dino visited, and I could tell he genuinely cared — he really put himself in my shoes and did his best to help me sell my home.<br><br>After the photos were taken (which came out beautifully — clean, bright, and professional), viewings were quickly arranged. Dino has a wonderful team — Resit, George, and Stephanie — who all treated my home with great respect during viewings and made sure to properly introduce it to potential buyers.<br><br>Thanks to their hard work, I received multiple offers and sold my house. Selling something cheaply is easy, but finding the right buyer and matching them with the right home — that’s a real art. It takes years of experience, a strong network, and dedication, and Knights Residential absolutely has that.<br><br>I really cannot compliment them enough — honestly, I wish Google Maps would change its 5-star system to 10 stars!<br><br>I confidently recommend Knights Residential in Edmonton to anyone thinking of selling their home. The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. Hannah then helped me negotiate a deal I honestly didn't think was possible, pushing for terms I wouldn't have had the confidence or market knowledge to ask for myself.<br><br>Compared to every other property experience I've had, Hannah Le Sueur made this one feel completely different — supported, informed, and genuinely on my side from start to finish. If you're buying in London and want someone who will actually fight your corner, I can't recommend her highly enough.
17th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)UNPROFESSIONAL and UNREASONABLE<br>handling of deposit return.<br><br>After moving out, I thoroughly cleaned the property myself and kept timestamped photos as evidence. Despite this, the agent proposed deducting around £312 (£260 + VAT) for “additional cleaning” without providing a full checkout report to justify the charge.<br><br>For a small studio in London, a reasonable end-of-tenancy clean typically costs around £100, not £300+. Requesting such a high amount without proper evidence or a detailed inspection report is unfair and lacks transparency.<br><br>I asked for the full checkout report to validate their claim, but received no proper response. This kind of opaque and excessive deduction raises serious concerns about their professionalism and fairness.<br><br>Prospective tenants should be cautious.
17th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)I cannot recommend Mounir at Easymove Estate Agents highly enough.<br><br>My property had been let through another estate agent for over 10 years and, once the tenancy ended and the property became vacant, I needed help getting it back into a suitable condition and deciding what to do next. A family friend recommended Mounir to me, and I am very glad they did.<br><br>From the outset, Mounir was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He assessed what needed to be done to the property and guided me through the whole process of getting it ready for Easymove’s Guaranteed Rent scheme.<br><br>He organised and coordinated the contractors for the required improvement works, dealt with the necessary fire safety requirements and general compliance, and also arranged the works needed to bring the property up to an EPC C rating. He kept me updated throughout and made what could have been a stressful process feel very straightforward.<br><br>What impressed me most was that Mounir did not simply tell me what needed to be done and leave me to organise everything myself. He took the time to help coordinate the works, explain the requirements and make sure the property was ready before migrating it onto the Guaranteed Rent scheme.<br><br>After having the property with another agent for more than a decade, I was naturally cautious about changing estate agents, but Mounir gave me complete confidence throughout the process. His communication was excellent, he was always approachable and responsive, and I always knew what stage we were at.<br><br>If you are a landlord looking for a professional estate agent, Guaranteed Rent service, help with property refurbishment, landlord compliance, fire safety requirements or improving your property's EPC rating, I would highly recommend speaking to Mounir at Easymove Estate Agents.<br><br>A genuinely excellent service from start to finish. I am very grateful for the recommendation and would have no hesitation in recommending Mounir to other landlords. Five stars!

From our very first interaction right through to completion, their professionalism, communication and genuine commitment was outstanding.<br><br>At every stage of the process, I felt completely informed, reassured and supported. Selling a property can often be stressful and unpredictable, but OC Homes made the entire experience feel straightforward and well managed. They were always approachable, responsive and willing to go the extra mile whenever needed, which made a huge difference.<br><br>I would particularly like to mention Tony, who was absolutely fantastic. His communication was second to none, and he consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving, answer any questions and make sure I was kept up to date. His dedication and attention to detail were truly appreciated, and it was clear throughout that he genuinely cared about getting the best result all parties.<br><br>I honestly couldn’t recommend OC Homes highly enough. 11th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Exceptional Service from Highcastle Estates – Especially Nabeel, Yuri & Zaid.<br><br>Selling our home has been one of the most stressful experiences of our lives. With a young family, we never anticipated that a relatively short chain would turn into an exhausting nine-month ordeal. We had two buyers pull out, and just when we thought things couldn’t get worse, our final buyer played endless games, leaving us feeling completely drained right up until exchange.<br><br>Through it all, Nabeel remained an absolute rock—professional, calm, and, most importantly, communicative. He kept us updated at every stage, going above and beyond to ensure everything moved forward. There were times when he even took it upon himself to speak with our onward purchase vendors—something he didn’t have to do, but he genuinely cared about getting the deal over the line for us. Even on his days off, he would still take our calls, always providing a personable and reassuring service. By the end of the process, he genuinely felt more like a friend than just our estate agent.<br><br>I must also mention that we were not on a sole agency agreement. We had another very well-known estate agent in the area marketing our property alongside Highcastle Estates, and I can confidently say there was no comparison. Highcastle Estates were leagues ahead in terms of communication, dedication, and results.<br><br>The past nine months have been a gruelling process, but I cannot imagine going through it with anyone else. They handled the letting of my property professionally from start to finish, and everything was sorted incredibly quickly.<br>Any issues that came up were resolved promptly, and the team were always easy to reach – they even worked on their days off to keep things moving. If you want an estate agent who is truly committed and gets results, I’d absolutely use them again.

Throughout the whole process, he kept in touch, explained everything clearly, and answered my questions quickly. He arranged a successful open house with 17 viewers and secured seven offers, achieving a very good price for me all in the first week .His professionalism and reassuring manner made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
