The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

25th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Unfortunately, as I need to give the 1 star review based on the experience I have experienced with Keatons. Originally I contacted with Keatons for potential of selling my flat in May 2026. I made it clear at the beginning, my target completion date will be late 2026 and beginning of 2027. And I have agreed the fee at May 2026. However, when I come back to Keatons in July 2026, I have been told by the new director the previous fee can not be honoured and they can only do the deal at much higher fee. And no explanation is given despite I have tried to communicate.

She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about providing the best possible service. When my property manager changed, I immediately realised what a difference Sumaiya had made. I specifically requested to have her back because of the outstanding job she does, and I’m so glad I did. She consistently goes above and beyond, keeps me informed every step of the way, and handles everything efficiently, giving me complete peace of mind.<br><br>It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. My property consultant Tasha was very helpful, quick to reply, and had lots good of suggestions for suitable flats while I was looking for somewhere to live in East London. My husband & i were looking for a flat & were ready to move the soonest possible. Carolina was so kind to offer us what was available that best suited our funds & needs. Pannay was also prompt to usher & guide through the flat viewing, he also was quick to give us updates from the landlord which was on our favor. Whilst in the process of submitting our documents, we had a family health emergency. This caused us to withdraw our offer as we needed to prioritize our family’s safety. Pannay was so sympathetic & had given us time to sort things out, however we opted not to push through still. All of the agents who assisted us were utmost kind & understanding of our situation. They kept us reassured all throughout the process & also had refunded us our holding deposit. All hands up & respect to the team as the benevolence of service they’ve shown us were really true to their company’s mission & vision. 27th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. We found Arun to be unprofessional and lacking in transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, and we were left feeling misled and unfairly treated. Overall, we have no confidence in the way our purchase was handled and would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.<br>This was by far the worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I found the whole process lacking in transparency. I was also concerned that the AML checks were carried out through a company connected to the agent’s wife, without this being made clear upfront. Charging £300 each ( most estate agents charge £36). When we questioned this it was brought down to £150. They also wanted us to pay a deposit. The contract was not clear if we would get back.<br><br>The most upsetting part was that, while we were in the property viewing it again, we later discovered it had been sold to another buyer for just £3,000 more. We felt completely misled and extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this estate agent.
