Ketan Sudra of Canary Wharf Branch really knows the market and local conditions. I followed his advice closely in the preparation and decoration of my property. As we entered the post-Brexit period of uncertainty he kept me fully updated on the developments in the property market and compared my property with the others on the market at that time. By following his advice I was able to obtain a good offer from professional tenants in a much shorter time than I expected. Jessica Tell also made an excellent set of marketing photos. Initial experience is great and very professional but our experience at the end of tenancy was terrible. We were charged around £400 for damages for stuff which was by previous tenants and while some of it was mentioned in the check in report, some of the stuff was never mentioned. Our fault we didn't look in to too much detail in check in report as we had an understanding with the staff at knight Frank maintenance but she left and the new staff Heather didn't budge. She didn't bother comparing check in and check out reports and we had to eventually pay as we didn't want to get in to the hassle. The amounts they charge are over priced, for instance key replacement for the window was charged at £75. Our rent refund calculations were not accounted for and after several polite reminders they looked in to it.... Read more

By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever come across. We have lived in the property for almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the correct keys. They gave us one of keys and told us we had to get more cut because we moved in late! What is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! After complaining there eventually gave us another set but then the lobby key did not work! I was informed by the landlord that she had told them that they had to get the lobby key done by a specialist key cutter, they obviously didn’t listen to a word of that. We currently still do not have keys when I messaged them about it, I was told I had to return the keys because they were a lot of money! You can understand why it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. They did not apologise for giving us the wrong set of keys they have not said that they are going to get more cut even though it is in the contract. The complete absurdity of this whole situation irritates the hell out of me! That I can’t even get into the property that I’m paying for. But there is more! When we moved into the property of the hot water wasn’t working! It is still not working we have to get a new boiler! They said they checked it a couple days before we move in but the way the company is managed I very much doubt they did. We also have problems with the furniture that is unusable! The table in the living room is completely wonky the chairs scrape against the wooden floor, so at the minute I’m eating my dinner on the sofa. Until my order comes through on Amazon because God knows they are not going to get any new ones. Our double bed in our room has got wheels so every time we get on it I feel like I’m dancing on ice! The shower head is completely screwed! The doors to balcony do not open! I could probably go on for days! Yeah so a long story short you are probably best off not using this company. Customer complaint sent to the complaints team: Dear Sir, I would like to raise a complaint as my dealings with this company have been terrible from start to finish. It took over a week and countless chasers to receive some simple answers to questions regarding a property, once we over came this hurdle and arranged a viewing Cecilia Urban had the audacity to leave me waiting in the rain forgetting about the appointment all together?! This is just not the way to do business. If your staff are to busy hire more? Don't allow for your customer service to fall off a cliff. If your staff can't tell the time teach them? Always have good experience there, the last time I took my 4 year old to the Disney On Ice show and we had great time. Ate some sushi before the show. There are some good stores to visit. Sometimes it takes too long to find a restroom and I wasn't happy when was asked to throw away our filtered from home water and my daughter to drink tap instead. But I get it, she'll be fine.... Enjoyed the show on Sunday however upon entry into the arena the security remove all drink or food from your bags. This includes sweets that i had for the children's train journey home. I can understand the reasoning for this in the current times we live in but I do think that this should be CLEARLY stated when booking any tickets. Once inside you are forced to queue a very long time for very overpriced food and drinks (£10 for a bag of candy floss is a blatant rip off ) I refused to pay the extortionate prices which upset the children so spoiling what was otherwise a good day out. For a successful and flourishing venue I cannot see any reason for the need to charge over the top prices other than pure greed, for this reason alone I refuse to award even 1 star but have to otherwise I cannot post... Had a property viewing with Natalie, who was reliable, polite and very helpful - yes, there are Estate Agents of that kind too, so credit where it’s due. Big ???? Update 12/6/19: no, let’s stick with the usual image we all have of estate agents. These ones here blatantly will advertise Shared Ownership properties at only the 60% share price - and not tell you that that is the case until a mortgage broker confronts the staff with the naked truth. And even then, they continue the deception and continue to advertise online, through text messages and in their shop windows a partial price only: see as an example below how they advertise a £448,000 property. Avoid. Solicitor has been contacted. Watch this space.... Read more
