He kept us updated at every stage and really helped to smooth over the back-and-forth on a few contract points with the seller's side. 12th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Scott during a property viewing. Unfortunately, I found his manner to be quite patronising, dismissive and, at times, rude.<br><br>At the beginning of the viewing, I attempted to shake his hand but was completely ignored. While inside the property, I tried multiple times to speak to him and ask questions, but he would frequently walk away while I was speaking or respond in a very passive-aggressive and dismissive manner.<br><br>The overall interaction made me feel as though my questions and presence were an inconvenience rather than that I was a prospective buyer genuinely interested in the property. I found the way I was spoken to unnecessarily condescending and unprofessional.<br><br>I was genuinely disappointed with the experience, particularly as a property viewing should be an opportunity for prospective buyers to ask questions and feel comfortable engaging with the agent. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I received.
10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Not a great experience - some agents at Madison Brook, Docklands communicate intentions clearly and in advance, but we have had an agent let themselves into our flat for a viewing with NO prior notice whatsoever, without even knocking on our main door. Just walked straight into our house, and knocked on our bedroom door to check if we were home before conducting the viewing. No respect for privacy. Services throughout the rest of my tenancy managed pretty well otherwise.

Shannon listened to what we were looking for and showed us two amazing apartments, one of which was perfect and is now our home.<br><br>Once the offer was accepted I thought that would be it, but Shannon stayed in touch throughout, checking all was on track, chasing up answers and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Shannon if you're looking for a home or investment property. She's amiable, professional, quick to respond and just SO good at her job! Thank you, Shannon.

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

Outstanding Service from Kings Group Walthamstow<br><br>I honestly cannot recommend Kings Group Walthamstow, and especially Dan, highly enough.<br><br>Selling my parents’ property was an extremely difficult and emotional process, with a number of challenging circumstances along the way. From the very beginning, Dan went above and beyond to support us and guide us through the whole process.<br><br>His communication was absolutely excellent. He kept us informed, was always available when we needed him, and never made us feel like we were being a nuisance, no matter how many questions or concerns we had. When things became particularly difficult, Dan remained calm, professional and incredibly supportive.<br><br>What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional.
