5th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)Great photography and video tour. Very friendly. Lacks drive and initiative. Only 2 viewings in 9 weeks. Changed agent to Ferrino & Partners who instantly told us where we were going wrong and they sold our house in 2 weeks.
19th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)We cannot praise Wayne and his staff at Applebys enough. Our property sold within the first viewing! We love the Appleby's business model. Wayne's concientious, efficient and personal touch is to be commended; Wayne has communicated with us from the viewing right through to completion and provided regular updates throughout the whole procedure. We could not be happier and Appleby's service is faultless. We would cetainly recommend him!

13th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
