Raph took care of me through the whole process and was very supportive through some conveyancing complications. Having dealt with a lot of local agents while viewing properties, Murray’s from first contact felt the most professional & attentive. I instantly felt in safe hands and was very happy they had the property I ended up going for ! Which is no surprise as they always represent the most gorgeous properties in the area. 29th May 2026 (23 days ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.

A special thank you to the Sales Manager Matt, who was outstanding throughout the entire process, he was always approachable, understanding and incredibly helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. What really stood out for me was how much effort he put into keeping things moving and preventing the sale from stalling. His intervention and regular communication made a huge difference. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Parkers to anyone looking to buy or sell a property and are very grateful for all their hard work. Thank you again for helping us secure our new home.

Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

They kept me informed regularly throughout the selling process. The house was under offer in a week! Fabulous service couldn't be happier with my choice of agent. Best in the Cotswolds area. 27th May 2026 (25 days ago)Incredibly poor service. Book a viewing for a house, and given a future date (about 4 weeks later) that we could move in. Only to be latterly told that the date is the date that the owner is having an electric survey done, and we couldn't move in. And that the result of the survey may mean additional works need to be done. Resulting in even later access. Obviously everyone want sot live in a safe house. SO WHY PUT IN ON THE MARKET AND ACCEPT MULTIPLE VIEWINGS, only to mess those viewers are for over a month. Unprofessional, unapologetic, time wasting, fools. Avoid.
30th May 2026 (22 days ago)My wife and I were visiting the Malmsbury area visiting friends when we became aware of a house for sale in Hullavington village which was of interest for us. This was at 1230 on the day we were due to return home to Cornwall. I immediately telephoned the Strakers office in Malmesbury to enquire whether there was any possibility of a viewing. Winnie took my call, and after a few minutes whilst she checked with the vendors whether a short-notice visit would be ok, she confirmed an appointment for 3 pm later that afternoon. Although the property didn't quite match up to our requirements just having the opportunity to have a viewing without having to make a return trip from Cornwall was extremely helpful. Thank you Winnie.
