Lois Brown was fantastic and James Murray has a longstanding, excellent expertise which yields results. Very grateful for their patience and perseverance. We’ve bought and sold through Murray’s who have been wonderful both sides. When we buy again I’m going straight to these experts.

The agents also brought a personal touch to the selling process which made them people I was very happy to trust with my home. Highly recommend to anyone selling a property.

Calm and straightforward when we offered and in dealing with negotiations. He’s also been really helpful, patient, and responsive as we’ve tried to work through everything with two sets of solicitors. Thanks to Finley and the rest of the team as well. Everyone has been super friendly and professional.

Lucia perfectly balanced the needs of both purchaser and seller...<br>Lucia ensured the best available price for her client, who entrusted the property to her...However, we never felt pressured to pay more than we felt fair, and the service she provided was second to none. Second and third inspections were never a problem, and Lucia was always so approachable and ready to answer questions or address any concerns to ensure our transaction kept moving forward. Whenever we went into the office in Cirencester, the whole team was so professional but still friendly and welcoming.<br>Whether you are buying or selling a mansion or a studio apartment, I can't imagine any more genuine people to be dealing with and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Lucia managing our transaction making it smooth sailing to the very end. 27th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)We changed to Perry Bishop after being with another estate agent for 5 months and not having any viewings for 3 months.<br>We straight away had more viewings once we were with Perry Bishop and Mandy was amazing in finding us the perfect buyer for our house. Not only that, Shirley then found us our dream home, we honestly believe if we hadn't changed to Perry Bishop when we did , we would have struggled to sell our house and would have missed out on our dream property. A big thank you to Shirley, Mandy and team.

She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. In fact her colleagues at Naylor Powell, Daisy and Ruth were also brilliant. I would highly recommend Naylor Powell as an excellent and efficient estate agents

Clare goes above and beyond to ensure everything is actioned in a timely manner, to keep everyone in the loop, to follow up questions, sort out issues and to keep facilitating communication between all relevant parties, including the professionals. Often beyond what the job description requires. Thrown in with her professionalism is a great sense of humour.<br>There is a great support act from all the team at Peter Joys.- 2nd Sep 2026 (18 days ago)We had a good viewing experience with Karen and communication with Helen was brilliant - very helpful and responsive with an issue we had after offer accepted. Communication with Sam was good, however we did have a negative experience with her early on where she spoke to my other half and our mortgage advisor very rudely because we chose to move our survey to a different day. Exchange and completion went smoothly and overall I would recommend Perry Bishop Tetbury to others.

They are also a lovely group of people!<br><br>They managed to list and sell our house extremely quickly, with us being against the clock on the property we were purchasing through them too. In valuing our home, they provided us with a wealth of research, and it was clear once we listed it that they had a great knowledge of our home and its history.<br><br>They were also highly accommodating in the house that we purchased, giving us honest context around it and plenty of opportunity to return and get measurements etc.<br><br>We would really recommend Whitaker Seager to anyone purchasing in the area.<br><br>As a side - their 'For Sale' signs are also very aesthetically pleasing!

26th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We signed up with AJ Estate Agents earlier this year when we were selling our house. We cannot praise AJ and her team highly enough. They were all incredibly professional, efficient and helpful, and their communication was excellent. They did a great job on advertising our property too. We had one private potential buyer prior to engaging AJ. Initially they lost a bidding war with several of AJ's clients, but the first buyers sadly had to withdraw. We ended up going with our private buyers and AJ was very gracious about this. We highly recommend AJ and her great team. However large or small your property, you will get a 5 star service from these lovely people.

They looked after us from the beginning to the end, overcoming any problems and relieving us of the anxieties related to the buying/selling process. Great communication throughout, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again should we need to.
