26th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely disgraceful service and completely unprofessional. I arranged a room viewing in Gloucester on Monday for Saturday at 11:30am. They refused to do video viewings or even send videos of the property and insisted I travel in person from Oxford. I spent money booking train tickets and was already on the train Saturday morning when they suddenly called to cancel the viewing. Their excuse was that the tenant in that particular room was sick. However, they had already told me there were multiple rooms available, so there was absolutely no reason the other rooms could not have been shown. Then they started saying they were supposed to give notice to other tenants, something they clearly failed to do because of their own incompetence. This company wasted my time, money, and an entire day because they cannot organise basic communication properly. Professionalism is nonexistent. Avoid these people completely if you value your time or expect any level of reliability.

4th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Our attitude about estate agents prior to meeting Nick and his team was very negative , “Money for old rope” “they just take a few pictures and do nothing else”. HOW WRONG WERE WE. Nick and his team were amazing throughout the process and we are recommending everyone we speak to that if they ever want to sell a property then they should go to Nick Griffith. Their attention to detail and onboarding process is fair, transparent and friendly. Throughout the viewing process they were honest, fair, respectful, tenacious, courteous but also salesy when needed to get the job done. During contract stage - they were just WOW. Chasing everything through, liaising with all parties and really working the chain to achieve success, well done all at Nick Griffith. These guys certainly earn their money and certainly are a firm to deal with in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. We feel lucky to have met Nick and the team and we owe them a big thank you as we are writing this review sat in our new home (also bought through Nick) loving life!

I highly recommend them: especially Yolande and Cameron who were both very helpful, highly efficient and lovely to work with. I have dealt with lots of letting agents over the years, but I can honestly say this is the first time where the whole process was seamless and stress-free! Thank you team; I'm glad I discovered you!

Aiden, Caitlin & the rest of the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are polite, professional and friendly when dealing with us as contractors, and we can see this is also the case with how they treat their Landlords and Tenants. It is also apparent that they keep a really good handle on the properties they manage and get all aspects of maintenance sorted when it needs to be. A very thorough and impressive agent.

She came prepared with a hard copy of the property spec for me to keep along with her card, though all my queries were aptly answered whilst we looked around the flat. I appreciated her enthusiasm and clarity for the next steps to take should I wish to secure the property. All together, great rapport and a reliable agent. Georgia Stephens has been part of that journey for many of those years I will admit that, when the company changed hands and they lost Nicola I was concerned However, Georgia has turned out to be a real asset for Belvoir. She understands that tenants are humans, and she shows empathy and care in her dealings and communications. She has gone above and beyond for me over the years, while still staying impartial and looking after the landlords interests and being open and fair. I am now in a new property, not under the remit of Belvoir. I can’t give glowing reports for everyone - but Georgia absolutely deserves it - her service and approach has at times restored my faith in Belvoir and has injected a much needed personable approach. I hope that they recognise this and she is equally appreciated there by her colleagues and superiors!

Phone calls, or voice mails always then backed up with an email. Support with all elements to ensure a smooth running and quick sale. The price recommended for the property was well judged and the sale went through with no hiccups, I believe mainly due to the consistent and efficient service given by Niamh O'Donoghue at Thomas and Thomas.

24th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Murdock & Wasley turned our first home purchase into a nightmare. They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.

Whenever issues around dates or logistics came up, we initially found ourselves worrying — only to realise there was no need, which says a lot given our past experiences with other agents. Unlike many property agencies, Hills genuinely care about their clients’ experience. They were consistently accommodating, supportive, and proactive. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and we feel they deserve recognition for operating at a noticeably higher standard than other agents.
