It had everything you could want and more - had things we didn’t even realise we needed. The housekeeping team did an amazing job and the whole house was spotless. Can’t wait to return.

We were under a lot of stress ,after living in the same house for 48 years and buying a new one 150miles away.<br>Kirsty took all that stress away with the help of Jordan and Owen,<br>Beautiful photos of this house. I found the team knowledgeable, responsive, and straightforward to deal with, which made the overall process feel much easier. They handled communication professionally and were willing to help whenever clarification was needed. I particularly appreciated their organised approach and attention to detail. Overall, a dependable company that I would be happy to recommend.

He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.

Communication with Sam was good, however we did have a negative experience with her early on where she spoke to my other half and our mortgage advisor very rudely because we chose to move our survey to a different day. Exchange and completion went smoothly and overall I would recommend Perry Bishop Tetbury to others.

They are also a lovely group of people!<br><br>They managed to list and sell our house extremely quickly, with us being against the clock on the property we were purchasing through them too. In valuing our home, they provided us with a wealth of research, and it was clear once we listed it that they had a great knowledge of our home and its history.<br><br>They were also highly accommodating in the house that we purchased, giving us honest context around it and plenty of opportunity to return and get measurements etc.<br><br>We would really recommend Whitaker Seager to anyone purchasing in the area.<br><br>As a side - their 'For Sale' signs are also very aesthetically pleasing!

26th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We signed up with AJ Estate Agents earlier this year when we were selling our house. We cannot praise AJ and her team highly enough. They were all incredibly professional, efficient and helpful, and their communication was excellent. They did a great job on advertising our property too. We had one private potential buyer prior to engaging AJ. Initially they lost a bidding war with several of AJ's clients, but the first buyers sadly had to withdraw. We ended up going with our private buyers and AJ was very gracious about this. We highly recommend AJ and her great team. However large or small your property, you will get a 5 star service from these lovely people.

Quick responses, helped her with forms and made sure we had viewed the property enough, I was worried being a FTB always hearing horror stories of estate agents and the whole process being a negative experience but Chris has made it so amazing and set my mind to ease, genuinely wouldn’t recommend anyone else, will forever now be coming to Chris if I want to sell/buy a property. Again thank you Chris! Made such a stressful time<br>super straight forward ????????????

They projected a sense of wanting to succeed for us and they certainly did by selling our house twice. They showed an excellent market awareness which enabled us to maximise the value of our property which I don’t believe we would have achieved with another agent. Both our sales were achieved by viewings on a Sunday! They worked 8 days a week for us!
