We had a very good experience with Cain and Fuller in Cirencester for the successful sale of our parents house. Matthew was knowledgeable , friendly and approachable. any queries that we had were answered promptly and efficiently. It was a difficult time especially as the pandemic took hold but Matthew and his staff were professional and kept us up to date. We received excellent service right up to the exchange and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Initial impressions of Cain and Fuller were good, with Matt Fuller selling us a very professional service. The reality couldn’t have been anymore different. Completely appreciate that the market has been booming this year and all estate agents in the Cirencester area have been extremely busy, but C&F have clearly overexerted themselves in terms of the number of clients they have taken on.
Whenever I could get through to their actual office I was always rushed off the phone, rarely received a call back when promised and at one stage an employee shouted down the phone, whilst telling me that we were not their only client and that she wasn’t being paid anymore despite the increased workload that they’ve taken on. I was only asking for an update on the legal process having been promised a call back earlier that week.
At this stage we had hardly progressed, despite our property being taken off the market as STC two months prior and there had been no visibility of this within C&F, hence our ongoing requests for more information. Throughout our experience, the only updates received from the selling side were a result of chasing C&F multiple times for news. To give Matt credit, he would sometimes give us a ring in the evening, but at that point its not a great deal of help as solicitors and other agents are not working at that time.
Having been made to feel like an inconvenience from day one of being STC, four months later, I politely called the office to request a change of agent. That evening I received a call from Matt Fuller who, after hearing our reasoning, became rather unpleasant to the point of being very spiteful and, again, unprofessional - clearly his true colours and a complete contrast to the service we were initially sold.
Goes without saying, but would not recommend. Hopefully they come and retrieve their sign before Christmas...
