As an executor dealing at a distance with two sales in the same building, this was a real boon and I am truly grateful.
29th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)Bradley Bates, Connells Yate Branch manager handled the valuation of our property, something that was difficult to accurately do due to the changes in the world at the time. After some careful consideration a marketing strategy was agreed and to our delight the house was under formal offer within 12 hours of going on the market.<br>Bradley's bubbly, attentive personality made interaction with him very easy and making himself available along the process was a bonus.<br>Moving house is a minefield, its clear to see that the Yate team are motivated by Bradley's presence and is a natural leader in the Branch.<br>In a world where Estate Agents get a bad reputation the Yate team worked hard to be transparent and honest.<br>For this we are very grateful.<br>If i am looking for areas of growth for Connells Estate Agents, it would be to review the Solicitors you chose to work with, your recommendation was a bad reflection on your business model, it cannot be worth your effort to do their job and chase their errors all the time?

Communication was excellent throughout, and they kept us informed at every stage, making what is naturally a stressful process feel far more manageable.<br><br>Teresa was always responsive, knowledgeable and reassuring, while Matt's advice and experience gave us confidence in the decisions we made along the way. We always felt they had our best interests at heart.<br><br>Selling a home you've lived in for many years is emotional, but Teresa and Matt handled everything with kindness, patience and professionalism. Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

They have helped relieve the stress that comes with moving no end. The promptness with replying to either email or phone is second to none. Also the support given whilst using there GoodLord website was outstanding. Thank you Perry Bishop Lettings team, if we ever need to move again we will be heading your way.
9th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.Connells - Swindon North

He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.

From the pictures and house tour video by Stuart, Lynn who carried out the viewing on our behalf and Ben who has dealt with the sales process all the way through to exchange and completion have been absolutely flawless. I would 100% recommend this branch and would not look to go anywhere else in future when looking to purchase or sell a future property. Thank you all once again ????????????

She is extremely professional , super communicative, and took us through the process extremely efficiently. We went from offer accepted to exchange in just over 5 weeks! While some of that is down to the vendor and us jumping through our hoops speedily, AJ was the cog that kept it all going smoothly, particularly the getting lawyers to talk to each other bit. She made what is often a very stressful time so much easier. This was my second purchase and I cannot believe the difference! Thanks AJ and sorry about the late review! We are loving our new place.
