12th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! The property i moved into was disgusting, obviously hadn't been cleaned, and worn down to the bones. I didn't actually have running hot water when I moved in, but was promised someone would be out to fix it in the month I moved in..... three months later they sent someone to look at the boiler, and that person barely got it to limping. They're slow to respond and like to act like it's not their problem. I had reported multiple issues in multiple ways about the property only for my person to turn around and say there was never anything reported about that property. The only time they actually looked at having my very basic needs sorted was when I threatened to withhold rent and get legal advice. Go to anyone else. Literally anyone else. I'd recommend squatting before I'd EVER recommend these awful people. I'm so glad I didn't use them before and I wish I moved out of their property and into a maintained one earlier.

They worked hard to liaise with all relevant parties which speeded up the process. I give my especial thanks to Layla. I would recommend them as the best estate agents I have had contact with.

Stefanie was fantastic throughout the entire process.<br>She was always quick to respond, happy to answer any questions, and did a great job of keeping communication flowing between all parties. She was friendly, approachable, and professional at all times. While naturally looking after her clients' best interests, she also worked hard to keep discussions open and move the transaction forward smoothly.<br>We would highly recommend Belvoir and especially Stefanie.
