After applying for several houses elsewhere and getting little to no response, Jada made the whole process feel so much easier.<br><br>She was incredibly helpful, responsive and made everything as seamless as possible. She even helped make it possible for us to move in earlier than we had originally planned!<br><br>We really appreciate all her help and support throughout the process. Thank you, Jada, for making our move possible and such a positive experience. We would definitely recommend Jada and Taylors! ?????
12th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! The property i moved into was disgusting, obviously hadn't been cleaned, and worn down to the bones. I didn't actually have running hot water when I moved in, but was promised someone would be out to fix it in the month I moved in..... three months later they sent someone to look at the boiler, and that person barely got it to limping. They're slow to respond and like to act like it's not their problem. I had reported multiple issues in multiple ways about the property only for my person to turn around and say there was never anything reported about that property. The only time they actually looked at having my very basic needs sorted was when I threatened to withhold rent and get legal advice. Go to anyone else. Literally anyone else. I'd recommend squatting before I'd EVER recommend these awful people. I'm so glad I didn't use them before and I wish I moved out of their property and into a maintained one earlier.

From the very start, she was friendly, approachable and always happy to help with any questions we had.<br><br>Jenni (and the team) regularly checked in with us, kept us updated on what’s happening and was great at keeping things moving along. She also recommended some really helpful contacts, including a surveyor and mortgage broker, which made the process so much easier.<br><br>We would 100% recommend Jenni and the team at CJ Hole. The service and support we received were excellent, and we’ll definitely use them if we ever sell. Although having just moved into such a beautiful cottage, we’re hoping that won’t be for many, many years.

We have dealt with Vicky and Tony throughout our house-buying journey, and they have both been absolutely fantastic.<br><br>From the very beginning, they have been friendly, professional, approachable and incredibly helpful. They have always kept us updated, answered our questions and gone above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, especially when there are delays and things outside of your control, but Vicky and Tony were always so understanding and reassuring. 26th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We signed up with AJ Estate Agents earlier this year when we were selling our house. We cannot praise AJ and her team highly enough. They were all incredibly professional, efficient and helpful, and their communication was excellent. They did a great job on advertising our property too. We had one private potential buyer prior to engaging AJ. Initially they lost a bidding war with several of AJ's clients, but the first buyers sadly had to withdraw. We ended up going with our private buyers and AJ was very gracious about this. We highly recommend AJ and her great team. However large or small your property, you will get a 5 star service from these lovely people.

They looked after us from the beginning to the end, overcoming any problems and relieving us of the anxieties related to the buying/selling process. Great communication throughout, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again should we need to.

Scott’s manor and approach was exemplary with all the potential buyers he showed around the house . His feedback was honest and quick. The after sales team (sales progression) lead by Helena was top draw. We were in what turned out to be a horrendous chain and if Helena had not been so efficient and relentless I don’t think we would have ever exchanged contracts . I can’t recommend these people and company enough . Very best Peter
