Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma

Sarah was a great help, regularly checked in with the seller and us to make sure everything was progressing smoothly and chasing missing responses and information we needed to keep us all on track for a very quick completion. 4th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)My sister and I instructed Murrays estate agents in Stroud to deal with the sale of my late mother’s house and were very pleased with their highly efficient service. Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I can't recommend Sawyers highly enough, and after many years as one of their tenants I say that from experience, not just politeness.<br><br>What sets them apart is the personal touch. This never feels like a faceless letting agency — Steven and Helio know their tenants and landlords, and they treat both fairly.<br><br>Steven is meticulous: safety checks are always done properly and on time, and you're never left chasing paperwork or wondering whether something's been covered — copies are always provided without having to ask.<br><br>Helio deserves a special mention of his own. He's super efficient, but it's the kindness and empathy alongside his good humour that make him stand out.<br><br>Although it's a rental property, Steven has always said it's our home while we live in it, and that's exactly how they've treated it. Reasonable requests and updates get properly advocated for.<br><br>When maintenance issues have come up, they've used local tradespeople who've been friendly, reliable, and done a genuinely good job.<br><br>I've had personal experience of Sawyers going the extra ‘many miles’ when it really mattered, at a time when that support meant more than they probably realised. They're kind, flexible whenever they're able to be, and I've never doubted that they care about their renters as people, not just tenancies to manage.<br><br>If you're weighing up a rental property and one of them is managed by Sawyers, choose that one. They will look after you and your home, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a long-term, trusted letting agent.
27th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We changed to Perry Bishop after being with another estate agent for 5 months and not having any viewings for 3 months.<br>We straight away had more viewings once we were with Perry Bishop and Mandy was amazing in finding us the perfect buyer for our house. Not only that, Shirley then found us our dream home, we honestly believe if we hadn't changed to Perry Bishop when we did , we would have struggled to sell our house and would have missed out on our dream property. A big thank you to Shirley, Mandy and team.

She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. In fact her colleagues at Naylor Powell, Daisy and Ruth were also brilliant. I would highly recommend Naylor Powell as an excellent and efficient estate agents

Her communication was 10/10 - she was always available by phone, even outside of normal working hours, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>She made what can often be a stressful process feel completely seamless and straightforward. Stefanie was fantastic throughout the entire process.<br>She was always quick to respond, happy to answer any questions, and did a great job of keeping communication flowing between all parties. She was friendly, approachable, and professional at all times. While naturally looking after her clients' best interests, she also worked hard to keep discussions open and move the transaction forward smoothly.<br>We would highly recommend Belvoir and especially Stefanie.

From the initial consultation right through to exchange, they were absolutely fantastic — professional, approachable and genuinely supportive throughout.<br><br>Communication was excellent at every stage, and we always felt informed, reassured and in very safe hands. Their advice was consistently sound, honest and well judged. They looked after us from the beginning to the end, overcoming any problems and relieving us of the anxieties related to the buying/selling process. Great communication throughout, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again should we need to.
