Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

Calm and straightforward when we offered and in dealing with negotiations. 29th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.

She is an excellent communicator and always kept us up to date and informed during the whole process.It was a pleasure having Jasmine as our estate agent. She is extremely professional , super communicative, and took us through the process extremely efficiently. We went from offer accepted to exchange in just over 5 weeks! While some of that is down to the vendor and us jumping through our hoops speedily, AJ was the cog that kept it all going smoothly, particularly the getting lawyers to talk to each other bit. She made what is often a very stressful time so much easier. This was my second purchase and I cannot believe the difference! Thanks AJ and sorry about the late review! We are loving our new place.
