29th May 2020 (3 years ago)Paul’s expertise in the commercial property field was instrumental in helping me to obtain a change of use, and planning permission for my Grade 2 Listed building. He used his wealth of experience to prepare a report to submit to the planners to find “the optimum viable use” of my building. That is not as simple as it sounds, as the building being Listed has many restrictions. However, Paul using his local knowledge and experience prepared a list of possible options. She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.

Very helpful staff who would have sold my house in days if it wasn't for covid. During the lockdown they kept in touch and when they started viewing again the house was sold in a week. I trust Naylor Powell and would recommend them.
