From the moment we spotted the property on their Instagram post to the time we picked up our keys, communication was excellent and efficient. We also used the agents recommended solicitors for the house sale and they were super fast and very quick at arranging everything along with answering queries. Everyone we dealt with were very welcoming, and they still are happy to help with anything else going forward. Informative and swift communication in a professional manner throughout kept all parties up to date, and ensured our purchase remained on track despite all the bumps and diversions we were experiencing further down the 'track'. Huge thanks in particular to Callum Jones who is a real asset to the team. I'm not sure we would be in our wonderful house now if it wasn't for him.

14th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)We sold our Cirencester property with Sharvell Property, they were professional, friendly and during a point where the market was starting to become more difficult (Dec ‘22) they were steady and consistent ensuring we were communicated with at all times (a breath of fresh air from past experience) I would highly recommend selling your property with this team.

From the outset, there was no bull about a list of twenty people waiting to view just a clear plan on how to best market the property. Photos arranged and then marketed appropriately, not just on Rightmove. Viewings limited to proceedable buyers so the quality of viewings resulted in a 3 day sale.

Throughout James and Jennifer were really helpful dealing with our queries, and on the initial viewing where we had some challenges getting there on time due to a road closure James went out of his way to organise a viewing an hour later. A really professional local agent and well worth registering with and following on social media to get previews of properties coming to market. We would highly recommend Andy and Kate Brown

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
