5th Oct 2019 (4 years ago)Keeley Shaw and David Roderick at Keaton’s Wanstead are very professional and offered a very good service. I would recommend to others in Snaresbrook. They helped me maximise the value for a sale but also helped me to adjust course quickly as market conditions changed and my chain fell through and now I’m going to use them for rental. They always wanted the best for me. Their Office and website are all good.

If you’re a landlord don’t list with them bc they don’t bother following up on tenants. Shoddy and unprofessional

She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.

30th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)ReMax Caning town property sale team has totally disappointed us in every step of 6 weeks period of sale of our house and wasted our time. They made a good first meeting impression, compare to other 6 estate agents, which swayed us to go with them but from there it was total disaster. The listed cost of property was not discussed and advised properly, they agreed with our “wishful” house price to get us sign up with them, rather than advise against current market situation. The listing of our property has been unprofessional, copied twice with different prices and unmanaged even after countless requests. The availability of the sale team was getting worse every week up to the moment where weren’t able to reach anyone in four working days. We had very little or no feedback from them on any viewings of our property. Compare to our second chosen estate agents who were complete opposite on every step of successful house sale ReMax was terrible choice and I would recommend everyone with hope of smooth and quick property sale to AVOID ReMax estate agents altogether!!

20th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Lack of communication, had to chase them for things to be done, lack of professionalism. I consider the three months the property was for sale with them was three months wasted. Property is now under offer with another agent within 3 days of being listed. Enough said …….
