3rd Feb 2026 (5 mo. ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

In fact we'd bought it 23 years ago using them then also.<br>The whole team that I dealt with from Ken who came out to view the house at the beginning , to Bil who dealt with my ever increasingly anxious telephone calls amicably and patiently and Imran and Tom who were also professional and friendly throughout (apologies if I have missed anyone out) the service I received from them was great.

Made us feel very comfortable and overall top bloke.<br>Clare was helping us move forward once offer was accepted and she was brilliant, kept us constantly in the loop and chasing both solicitors for answers.<br>Overall great experience with Maddison Fox.

My property consultant Tasha was very helpful, quick to reply, and had lots good of suggestions for suitable flats while I was looking for somewhere to live in East London. She was very quick to organize viewings and I can only recommend her if you’re looking for properties in the area.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

Everything was handled professionally, and I was able to move into my new home quickly without any complications.<br><br>A special thank you to Souliman, who was amazing throughout the entire process. From our very first phone call, he made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

My husband & i were looking for a flat & were ready to move the soonest possible. Carolina was so kind to offer us what was available that best suited our funds & needs. Pannay was also prompt to usher & guide through the flat viewing, he also was quick to give us updates from the landlord which was on our favor. Whilst in the process of submitting our documents, we had a family health emergency. This caused us to withdraw our offer as we needed to prioritize our family’s safety. Pannay was so sympathetic & had given us time to sort things out, however we opted not to push through still. All of the agents who assisted us were utmost kind & understanding of our situation. They kept us reassured all throughout the process & also had refunded us our holding deposit. All hands up & respect to the team as the benevolence of service they’ve shown us were really true to their company’s mission & vision. Again, Thank you Pannay , Carolina & Millie.

Throughout the process, there was a noticeable lack of transparency and clear communication, which made what should have been a straightforward experience far more stressful than necessary.<br><br>I found the level of professionalism to be below the standard I would expect from an estate agency. Information was not always communicated openly, and I was left feeling that honesty and transparency were not prioritised when dealing with my concerns.<br><br>It also appeared that some members of staff were not adequately trained or empowered to handle issues effectively. Rather than resolving problems confidently, matters were often passed around or left unresolved, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration.<br><br>Perhaps most concerning was the apparent lack of accountability from senior management. Despite raising concerns, I did not feel that the directors demonstrated a genuine commitment to addressing the underlying issues or ensuring that the business operates to a consistently high standard.<br><br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend William Rose. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and used to improve staff training, communication, transparency, and overall customer service for future clients.

20th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Youssif of Kevin & Co obtained an asking price offer on my flat, on the first viewing, in a challenging market. That should be all the recommendation I need to give really...<br><br>After meeting several agents I chose Youssif because I believed he could sell my flat, efficiently at market value. It was clear he had very good, hyper local knowledge, knew his portfolio, where my property could fit in and the buyers it could attract.<br>Like Kevin & Co I also work for an independent company which competes against larger national firms, and saw a familiar hunger and passion this David vs Goliath positioning creates.<br>We agreed an asking priced based on Youssif valuation, other's I'd had, plus my own gut feeling of where the market was. Yousif was perfectly happy to discuss all these things, gave good insights and checked in regularly throughout the sales process without ever feeling pressured or badgered.<br><br>Kevin & Co, Youssif, Gary and all the team were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone selling a property.

27th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. We found Arun to be unprofessional and lacking in transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, and we were left feeling misled and unfairly treated. Overall, we have no confidence in the way our purchase was handled and would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.<br>This was by far the worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I found the whole process lacking in transparency. I was also concerned that the AML checks were carried out through a company connected to the agent’s wife, without this being made clear upfront. Charging £300 each ( most estate agents charge £36). When we questioned this it was brought down to £150. They also wanted us to pay a deposit. The contract was not clear if we would get back.<br><br>The most upsetting part was that, while we were in the property viewing it again, we later discovered it had been sold to another buyer for just £3,000 more. We felt completely misled and extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this estate agent.
