27th Mar 2024 (23 days ago)“Chris Rawlings” Wow I was blown away with his knowledge, experience & professionalism. I am in a very difficult situation with another estate agent. Chris was able to give me the most amazing advice of which I am putting into play as of now. He told me his honest opinion even if this meant not good news for myself, of which I truly admire. In the near or distant future I will only be using Chris. Never have I met a gentleman that was so helpful. I’ve realised that there are some very poor estate agents out there. Many Many thanks Chris your awesome!!! However
28th Mar 2024 (22 days ago)Booked-in for a viewing on the 28th March of a 1bd flat in Wandsworth but, when I arrived, the agent said the landlord provided an incorrect address and the flat available for a viewing is a studio and not a 1bd, for the very same price. Completely unprofessional timewasters.

The whole process was prompt efficient and l was kept informed throughout the whole process. I have again lovely tenants and l would recommend eastate east agent to landlords.

Tabby has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process, the flat viewing was very pleasant and she toon the time to give me all the details. My situation was a little bit tricky to navigate with my current landlord and she was very patient until it was finally resolved. Very grateful for the support and looking forward to moving to my new flat.

My interaction with Jennifer has been exceptional; she is the only individual at Home Finders who truly listens and demonstrates genuine qualification. Others I've encountered have caused stress and failed to meet the standard, leading me to question their suitability for the company. Home Finders should aim to recruit more professionals like Jennifer to ensure sustainability and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Both as a tenant and as a buyer the service was excellent, great communication and friendly staff. Should we ever come to sell our home I'd for sure be returning to William Rose to facilitate. He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
