23rd Dec 2025 (25 days ago)After putting my flat up for sale with another agent which put on the property for a completely unrealistic price, and after lots of time wasting and bogus offers , I switched to Payne and had 4 good offers in 2 weeks! I sold at the top of the range of these offers and completed 3 months later - great work Tom and Bilal at Payne! Go with the best Agent in Ilford - Payne and Co.
27th Dec 2025 (21 days ago)Would highly recommend Big Move. I originally had another estate agent market my flat but I just didn't get serious interest at all. Then I asked Aaron to take over and within a few days he had organised an open day with lots of interested buyers looking to view. The team are very proactive and their price is very reasonable. I live far away from my flat so whenever there were any viewings, Aaron would ensure the front of my flat was tidy and clear of rubbish. Things like that make a huge difference and go a long way. Going above and beyond to get me the best sale. Aaron was very communicative and responsive - I felt really looked after.

Luke is on the ball Thanks- 24th Dec 2025 (24 days ago)I have recently rented a property via Bairstow Eves, and would like to say that I have had a great experience, Kaurn was most helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout the process, he helped a great deal when it came to finding the correct property which best suited my criteria, his colleague Harry was a great help throughout the process regarding all the paperwork etc. he went above and beyond to ensure the overall transition was smooth and pleasant, always very informative and updated me throughout each step, provided information throughout the stages, and made the overall experience that much better, really appreciate the efforts by team, making this a pleasant journey and stress-free during a period that can be stressful. The overall atmosphere within the Estate Agents when visiting was very warm and welcoming, staff seem to be very well equipped in providing great customer service, first impression were excellent making the whole experience that much better, I would definitely recommend Bairstow Eves as an agent and would commend all there efforts in an environment that seems to be very well maintained and upheld.

23rd Dec 2025 (25 days ago)Cannot fault Keystones Romford at all. We received an offer within a week of marketing. Helen went above and beyond to keep us updated and chased the Solicitors when they refused to answer our telephone calls and emails. Solicitors take on too many cases and without a decent Estate Agent involved chains can fall apart or sales/purchases take far longer than necessary. I would not hesitate in recommending Keystones.

7th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)We instructed Paul (a founding partner at Moveli) to sell our property in South West London. We were sold on the promise of a personalised, bespoke service that high-street agents couldn't match. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite. ?We constantly had to chase Paul for updates; it felt like we were project managing him rather than the other way around. He was difficult to contact and, concerningly, often seemed to be acting in the interest of our buyers rather than us, his clients. ?In the UK market, sales progression is vital, and this is where the service failed completely. The buyers pulled out two weeks before Christmas without warning. We suspect they were having similar communication issues, and we were shocked that Paul had absolutely no finger on the pulse to see this coming. This eventually caused our chain to collapse and our sellers to withdraw, leaving us out of pocket and having to start the sale and purchase process all over again. ?I strongly advise SW London sellers to avoid! RESPONSE TO MOVELI'S REPLY BELOW: Moveli’s response to this review actually highlights exactly why our experience was so poor. Regarding the timeline: We did lose an onward purchase 3 months into the process. At the time, Paul explicitly assured us that our buyers did not have an issue with this and were happy to continue with the purchase. If they were actually "concerned" as you now claim, Paul failed to communicate this to us or manage expectations. Regarding "access issues": Your reply mentions "delays and difficulties around access." This is the first we are hearing of this. We were never informed of any access issues during the sale. If these issues existed and were annoying the buyers, why did Paul not tell us? The fact that I am finding out about "access issues" and buyer dissatisfaction via a Google Review reply, months later, rather than from my agent during the sale, further reinforces the issues and communication failures I mentioned above.

From the professionalism of the photos and particulars taken by Dean to the marketing and service we received from George Seabrook our Sales Consultant, we have been very impressed. George was very attentive and on the ball and kept the sale progressing smoothly. We would definitely recommend this company and George of course in particular.
