13th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Based on our experience ,we would highly recommend Petty Son and Prestwich.<br>Catherine who came round to value our house was friendly and professional .Her calm approach helped us initiate the process of selling.<br>Fay who supervised the viewing day took on board all the important details of the house that needed to be passed to potential buyers and ensured the day resulted in many offers.<br>Elaine and Janine ensured that the sale progressed keeping us updated and responding quickly to our questions.<br>Overall we found that the whole process went very smoothly and was relatively stress free.<br>Thank you to the whole team who helped us from start to finish,such that we sold our house a few days after it went on the market.

Rashid the Agent who showed me the flat (and about 50 other people!!) was courteous, provided lots of information and transparent about the quirks and what the landlord was looking for. After my offer was accepted - Dimension continued to keep strong communication and was patient with all of questions.

The whole team were professional, helpful and approachable, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Stuart and Jamie were very helpful and available right through to completion. Leanne kept everything progressing very smoothly and was always there to explain things and assist with chasing pending actions promptly.<br><br>We would also highly recommend Nicki, the independent mortgage broker based within Woodbury Homes. Her expertise and connections were invaluable in helping us secure our purchase.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Woodbury Homes team for making our first home purchase such a positive experience. John's initial consulation and valuation of my property was conducted with honesty openess and enthusiasum, with exception local and market knowledge.<br><br>Once we took the decision to list the property, Coultons moved quickly to get excellent pictures and create a fantastic listing. The bookings for viewings were delp with professionaly and flexibly, and we enjoyed a sale of the property to a excellent prospective buyer represented by Euan who always represented the interests and requirements of both sides of the transaction.<br><br>Throughout the conveyancing process, John and the team were very proactive and responsive to ensure the process kept moving ahead. If we required advice, John and Euan were quick to respond with honest feedback and excellet knowledge.<br><br>Upon exchange - Coultons were quick to present their readyness to all sides of the chain ensuring that exchnage took place smoothly.<br><br>I would highly reccomend John, Euan and the Coultons team to anyone looking at buying or selling a property in thier services areas.

John kept every word he promised and is a extremely loyal and honest person. If you have a property to sell in chigwell, loughton and other neighbouring areas john thoma is the perfect professional estate agent.<br>Thanks to john and the team again for our dream home.

5th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Very poor experience with Baker Estate.<br><br>I had a viewing booked and unfortunately I was running late. I accept that being late was on me, but I tried calling the agency around 15 minutes before the appointment to let them know and received no answer.<br><br>When I arrived, I contacted them through WhatsApp and was told to knock on the door as the agent may still be inside. She had already left. The lady I was speaking to then passed the phone to the agent, and I politely asked whether she could come back to conduct the viewing.<br><br>Her response and attitude were incredibly unprofessional and standoffish. She told me she had already waited 15 minutes. When I explained that I had tried calling beforehand, she simply told me, “No you didn’t.” I offered to send screenshots of my call history to prove that I had, but rather than acknowledging this, she said that either way she wasn’t coming back and that we could reschedule.<br><br>I asked whether it was normal procedure to leave a viewing without attempting to contact the prospective tenant first. Instead of having a professional conversation, she became argumentative and kept insisting that I should have called—even though that is exactly what I had tried to do.<br><br>I explained that I didn’t want to reschedule because the property is around 45 minutes from where I live and I had already spent my time and money travelling there. The conversation continued going back and forth and her attitude became increasingly frustrating, so I ended the call.<br><br>Ironically, around two minutes later she called me back and suddenly said she could come back after all. By that point I was already on my way to another viewing. She suggested rescheduling again, and I said “okay” out of courtesy. There was then just silence on the phone, so I said “okay, bye” and she hung up without saying anything.<br><br>I completely accept responsibility for being late. What I don’t accept is the unnecessarily confrontational attitude, being accused of lying about calling when I could prove that I had, and the general lack of professionalism throughout the interaction.<br><br>A simple phone call before leaving the property, or even a polite conversation afterwards, could have avoided the entire situation. Instead, I wasted a significant amount of time and petrol travelling there and was left with a very poor impression of the agency.<br><br>Based on this experience, I certainly wouldn’t want to deal with Baker Estate as a tenant.

The team were phenomenal - Olivia and Ann-Marie in the Loughton office and Amanda as our sales progressor. We always felt like their priority and they were there to handle and communicate with us on any potential issues, resolving any concerns that we had. They were miracle workers when our buyer dropped out, securing us a new buyer within days! This meant that we were able to secure the house of our dreams! I highly recommend Durden and Hunt.

They responded almost immediately each time we sent an email or called for information. They took us seriously from the set go and made the negotiation process very simple. Kept us up to date throughout the transaction process. I’d highly recommend.

They have helped me find an incredible place in record time, guiding me through every step of the process, being especially considerate of my enhanced and specific needs. Even down to how we were welcomed and treated from the very first time we went in to enquire about their lettings. They are just a cut above. A special mention to Annabel and Kacie who have just been exceptional. I’ve never had even half as good an experience with any other letting agency as I’ve had with Elliot James. Thank you to the entire team.

14th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)The agent wouldn't respond to me. No communication whatsoever I had to chase them on group chat l and I am asking for updates and everybody is ignoring me. After months of advertising I messaged them to take my property offline and again there was no response again but the property was taken offline. They are strange bunch of people.

They sold our flat not once, but twice- after the first sale fell through, and on both occasions, they achieved a price higher than any other estate agent was willing to list it for.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated. They clearly knew the market and had the confidence to value our property properly, rather than simply giving us the lowest figure to secure the listing.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, and they worked hard to keep everything moving and make the process as smooth as possible. Special mention to Cameron, Alex & Frankie who were all brilliant.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daniel Frank. Thank you for all your hard work!
23rd Aug 2026 (25 days ago)We recently bought a flat through presidential estates in Loughton. We worked with Stewart on the sales side and Sophie who worked on progressing to completion. There were hiccups along the way - not caused by them - and both Stewart and Sophie helped make sure these things did not derail the process. There as an issue re the EPC being inaccurate that Stewart resolved (which the solicitors refused to do). They were both also available at all times (including when Sophie wasn’t working officially) which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them on either a sale or another purchase as they were both brilliant.

Martine , Leah and Ellie handled every problem with ease in very exceptional circumstances and made sure I was informed at every stage.<br>They were there for every phone call or message. Very professional and I felt they spoke to me like I was a person not just a client.<br>Martine went above and beyond to help me in every aspect even after completion.<br>Best ever service I have ever received.
