From bringing around qualified potential buyers for viewing (as opposed to a constant string of non-viablw options) to ensuring the parties are all appraised of ongoings and the transaction ticking along. Unfortunately for a variety of reasons the sale took longer than the parties hoped, but Steve made sure that things progressed wherever possible and with all necessary information, always responsive and happy to assist. I am so grateful for having been recommended Steve and understand the total faith in him. Would have zero hesitation recommending him in future. Thank you, Steve!

She’s been consistently professional, proactive and genuinely helpful throughout. Her communication was clear and timely, and she handled everything smoothly. I really appreciate how she managed to navigate the renewal so effectively, securing a great outcome without any friction. It made the whole process feel easy and well taken care of, which I don’t take for granted. Thank you again, Nessa – you're a real credit to the team.
25th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)Deeply Concerning, Disorganised, and Discriminatory Experience with Dimension Estates I am writing this based on my close friend’s experience with Dimension Estates, and frankly, it is alarming. The situation my friend Ruben Nobre was involved in raises serious concerns about how applicants are being handled and prioritised. For queer people — especially those already navigating housing insecurity — experiences like this do not exist in isolation. When processes are opaque, inconsistent, and dismissive, they create space for bias, whether explicit or implicit. There is a long history of queer individuals, including those who are already marginalised or in precarious circumstances, being overlooked, deprioritised, or subtly excluded from housing opportunities. Situations like this reinforce that reality. When someone does everything right and is still pushed aside under questionable circumstances, it is difficult not to question whether prejudice — including homophobia or queerphobia — is playing a role, or at the very least being enabled by a lack of transparency and accountability. For many, housing is not just about convenience — it is about safety, dignity, and the possibility of a future. Experiences like this send a very clear message: that some people are more easily disregarded than others. Dimension Estates seriously needs to address not only its communication and organisation, but also the fairness and integrity of its processes. Right now, it is failing on all fronts.

This company do not vet their landlords or care for tenants welfare, I’d strongly advise you steer clear. They lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with their own dispute with her, left me to deal with an ugly situation they caused in the first place. The episode caused me untold distress and cost me a fortune. I had to move out just to get away from an unhinged landlord, and Portico didn't step in to help me with any of it. I spoke to the so-called 'manager' about it and all he cared about was grabbing a tidy profit from the situation. Even the staff said the landlord was 'trouble' but i'm the one that took the hit. Bad people, bad company, don't grace them with your custom, save yourself and go elsewhere.

I dealt with Kerrie and the rest of the team in the office, and they were all incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They supported me from start to finish and made the sale as smooth as possible. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided and will definitely be using them again in the future.

27th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

From the beginning his calm and caring nature put my mum and I at ease in going ahead with selling our property. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions efficiently. He was always at the other end of the phone and we were very confident in letting him deal with the sale on our behalf. I would not hesitate to recommend him :)

The aftercare was also super efficient. We exchanged exactly 8 weeks after the offer was accepted, and completed 2 weeks later. Highly recommend these guys.
