25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)My situation was challenging due to my losing my first buyer, and then the solicitors in the middle of the chain causing unnecessary delays. But Petty Son kept me going all through the process and held everything together for me so I could still purchase the property I was first interested in. When it came to completion they were exceptionally kind and caring due to the challenging situation which was not any fault of theirs whatsoever. I really appreciate their help and consideration all the way through. Thank you so much to each of you individually and collectively. Highly recommended.
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)They’re exceptional, couldn’t recommend them enough.
21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I entrusted Vicki and the team to sell my property in Higham’s Park after talking to three local agents. I chose Abode, as from the first meeting, I was struck by Vicki’s energy and enthusiasm. She really knows local market and had a clear strategy. She was able to secure an offer well in excess of the asking price, (which more than covered their fees), after only five weeks.
The sale was not straightforward due to my personal circumstances and the incompetence of my solicitors. However despite these setbacks, Vicki always remained positive with solutions at hand and was able to get the sale across the line. I would recommend Abode to anyone and would 100% use them again to sell a property.
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Dom has been an absolute star in my journey in finding a new home. He answered my calls and questions beyond what is usually asked of. Thank you very much to the whole team of Portico Leyton.

2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Totally unprofessional and petty behaviour especially the director of Hunt,

i booked a viewing for a property and then was told to come in the office and we would leave from the office to the property but when i came inside the office Hailey immediately started starring me up and down and asking multiple questions which she could of asked on the phone but instead chose to make me come inside as a revenge plan to get back at me for missing a previous booking with her . There was no booking at all and all she said was
“to see who i am”
